Is Good App with Room for Improvement
Have previously feedback that the timing should be sorted by the activity time in descending order instead of activity Created Time.
After so many versions of update, this is still not fixed. It may seem insignificant, but is actually very basic requirement to get it right and is very confusing to parents reading the activity log. We expect to read it in sequence instead of scrolling up and down to sort the sequence in our mind.
Please, do think from the end user point of view.
Unable to see updates
Will get the alert when there are updates in the chats. But once inside the app, I can’t see the update. I will need to manually close the app and launch again. The other error I have is similar, will see alert when there are updates to the portfolio. But I can’t see any updates in the app though the school has confirmed they uploaded something.
Love the app
We get glimpses of what goes on in the class which we can then use for going home and dinner convo with our little ones (not that they stop talking! Haha) but it’s great material to bond over.
I have a question please - how do we download the media all in one go please? My little one is about to leave K2 for Primary. I want to save everything in a folder in my drive, you see. Appreciate it!
