Refunded a charge I did not make and got blocked
I have made multiple purchases in this game to assist game play. Received notification that I made a purchase 2 days ago, which I did not do. Contacted Apple to refund it and was informed that items attached to recent purchase may disappear. Seems fair. However, after the refund, I was banned from the game. Contacted the customer service by email and got no reply. Got friend’s account to contact customer service and the reply we got was I have to authorise and reinstate purchase which I did not make, else they would not reactivate the account, thereby severing my access to the other purchases I did make. I suggest everyone check their accounts for errant purchases and de-link payment info to the game.

As the question you mentioned above, the charge record on our system is only charge for one time and the other one time is failed, you can check on your payment channel for the automatic refund. And for our refund policy, once you have refunded and the system will automatically ban you and you need to contact CS for unban
Boring, mindless and made the original game bad.
It was once an interesting and fun game with loads of social interaction between players. Now this just making use of the game assets and trying to milk the past ‘success’. An automated game that doesn’t make sense anymore. Which mage is played in the melee manner like the one in your game mechanics? The creators of this game clearly doesn’t play the original game. Don’t try to make the game ‘evolve’. It has clearly became worse than the original game. It isn’t even meaningful to pay to win the game. I would pay for the old maple, but not for this one. Not worth the money at all.
