MyBorderPass is a comprehensive mobile application developed by TRIS REGISTRATION CENTRE (Barisan Mahamega Sdn. Bhd), where users are able to link their passport to their device and create a MyBp QR code that can be scanned for immigration clearance at selected Malaysia borders.

Rubbish App
Really made by Malaysian Government linked company. It shows from the quality of execution and the delivery of product to the after service support. None of this is working where the sign up and recovery of the password is not linked and there is no way to contact the administrator. Unable to use the app even after signing up. Tiada qualiti , Tiada mutu , tidak ada fikiran mantap ataupun memikir masa depan.
Assistance Required with App login Issue
Dear Sir/Madam,
I downloaded the app on December 8 and successfully set up my login. However, on December 9, I encountered an error message that said, "Invalid ID or Login PIN" when I entered my PIN.
I attempted to re-register, but received another error message stating, "Your passport number is registered under A54xxxxxx. Please contact the administrator if this is not you."
I kindly request that you look into this matter and rectify the issue as soon as possible.

Finally an app to enter by just using face id. Easy and super fast. Hope they maintained the machine well. Good job.
