different devices problem
okay so i’ve been using tiktok since 2016. it has been a HUGE influence in my life and i just wanted to say thank you to that. now, to the problem. recently i got a new ipad. and i was super happy about it. i downloaded tiktok on it and started positing videos on it of me lip singing. all normal right? so then after a while, i logged into the account using my phone. and when i entered in, i clicked one of the videos i made, and looked at it. for some reason, the sound is delayed. meaning i’m lip singing the lyrics and then the sound only comes on a second later. making me look like a complete joke. again, no one had told me this happened. i went to my account on my sisters phone, and it was still happening. the audio was delayed. but then, when i go to my ipad and watch the videos, no problem, the audio isn’t delayed. please fix this bug asap because it is really embarrassing me.

Tiktok has been an amazing platform to use and to bond with friends. The content ans algorithm is wonderful. However, after banning my account for underage use (I am not, I just look young), I have been consistently sending appeals but rejected again and again. The account that I have been using for years was just gone like that. After that, I made a new account. My friends were able to send me direct messages but I was unable to send them any messages. Even a simple "Hi" was considered violating community guidelines. I send a support ticket to tiktok, after a few hours, I checked back and was only able to send two messages "bro" but all messages after that was considered violating community guidelines again. I love tiktok and do wish to continue using it, but this was just simply out of line. I do wish this would be solve soon. Thank you.
