因為來吃尾牙，車子停在斜對面的停車場🅿️，到飯店後，沒有再移車，後來詢問特約停車場後知道我們不是停在特約停車場，櫃檯服務小姐說我來幫你想想方法，結果說早上停車繳費打統編，拿發票到櫃檯可以申請停車費，實在太佛心了，原本隨口問，結果服務與答案受寵若驚！

來台中住宿一定首選享得道！
而且房間乾淨寬敞，還有提供宵夜，真的超棒

Worse Experience Ever- Cancelled my reservation at last minute

Worst experience with Agoda—very irresponsible. I booked a hotel for five nights through Agoda. It randomly selected my reservation for a fraud check (according to its customer service). All previous email communications and confirmations were labeled “Agoda…” but NOT THIS IMPORTANT identity check. The subject line was 'FRAUD protection' with NO mention of Agoda’s name, so my email automatically marked it as spam. Agoda then canceled my reservation at the very last minute. I found out one minute after they canceled my reservation (yes, because the email subject line was 'Cancellation from Agoda…'). After calling its customer service twice and explaining the whole situation, they were not willing to fix the situation. I am extremely disappointed. It forced me to find another hotel while I am already traveling abroad and spend at least twice as much money.
I had been a loyal client of Agoda for years and am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Block bad reviews upon devastating Airbnb experience !

I had a trip to France and went on road with a beautiful imagination about the romantic city.

And it turned out to be the WEIRDEST living experience in my life.

1. The toilet isn’t in the room. You have to go out of the room and lock the door and unlock the toilet door just to pee.

2. Long waiting time. 70 minutes at the meeting spot just to wait for check in. Paris is a city to train patience, and this place no doubt took did its great job during our 2 weeks in Paris.

3. Really unfriendly hostel, tried to cheat our money. After we checked out and left Paris, the host sent a message and accused us of breaking the bed (She had our 300Euro deposit then) But as we said we had proof that all the furniture was ok when we left the studio, she suddenly replied that all things were repaired and she would unlock the deposit. Such a new way to cheat money ? Really amazed (of course in a bad way)

4. Position is the only strength. Might be disoriented that there would be a Eiffel tower view from the window through its website. Actually all you can see were other people’s balcony. (Definitely not the dreamy and tidy ones) Much more better accommodation around with better price and service. Never be back again.
