Poor interface

Hi, I'd like to change my connected stripe currency from NTD to USD, so that I could transfer to my USD bank account. (My company said if it's coming as NTD, it will need longer and more complicated process)
I don't know why it's NTD now? Can you help me change it? Or how can I delete my current stripe and set a new one? I don't see any function like this. The whole interface feels very basic and isn't user-friendly at all. I've used your cooperation payout platform payoneer for a long time. It took time for the money to go through the process, but it was OK. Now that your company have changed to swipe and asked your customers to also use stripe....better support should also come in. It's been a nightmare using stripe when I first used it to withdraw money in this August but haven't got my payout to my bank since then. I've been using buy me a coffee for over 3 years and it had really helped creators like me to offer more contents. But if the service keeps being like this....I have to consider totally transfer my business to other platforms.
