Practice difficult workplace conversations using AI
AWP Scenarios is a daily companion for employees, to help navigate common workplace challenges, such as handling a customer complaint, pitching an idea to your supervisor, or conducting a performance review.
We employ the latest generative AI technology to simulate one-on-one conversations in a realistic fashion, then “analyze” the conversation with the tap of a button, to provide constructive feedback.
By furnishing a safe space to practice difficult conversations before the “real thing", we help employees achieve a more harmonious and productive workplace. The app also features fresh articles published weekly, on topics relevant to employees.

Helpful as a supervisor
I did several scenarios to help me address some direct staff issues and the suggestions I received help me tremendously! It brought down the anxiety of having to address some difficult situations and the possible backlash, it provided helpful suggestion to stay on task and the matter at hand, and how to avoid combative responses. I will be using this to help me from now on!
Simulator is thought provoking
The simulator provides an analysis of an AI generated conversation. When engaging, your responses are analyzed to determine tone, empathy and a suggestion on how you might structure your responses to achieve the desired result.
Extremely useful, can’t wait for more scenarios!
