Device Help 4+

This app works very fine. Seems to do what size 4 stars. I can recommend this one….

I can’t count on the many times I’ve had to use this app, in fact it not even an app. You select through different options that best describe the problems that you are facing with your phone and it has you follow a tutorial,sometimes when completed does absolutely nothing. Sometimes the tutorial stops and you have to start all over, taking you to AT&T’s actual website prompting you to sign in ,and then it’s ( We’ve hit a snag, try again later) which is so frustrating, how's an app like this supposed to help? I had to call AT&T because I couldn’t send text messages or receive them and even they couldn’t help me but after 2 minutes after getting off the phone with them everything was fine they probably didn’t want to admit that was an outage or something that had to be fixed on their end.

I wish they would revamp the app

I since chat with smart home manager and she ask me about my account and full name .att knew my WiFi used/password did not hide ysrd and password it’s open smart home nanager very bad doesn’t confidence.
It was happened 2 days ago attacked all my device to many automat off , it’s many time repeat shut off, I did not it was smart home n my shaver they chat stole my inform full/ account. I know should not have chat my information , she evil
