Unable to login

Trying to enroll for benefits.

When attempting to login, the following error message populates my screen and will not let me proceed.

“Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid.”

Doesn’t work

I can't open the page because this stupid app doesn't work properly. I didn't open it in Safari. I didn't open it in Chrome. How can I finish my benefit if this doesn't work?
