Excellent Sorting Options

This is an excellent Picture storage App which has more ways to sort your pictures than any other app! It allows you to sort pictures by size, created date, alphabetical, and by the date you saved it to the app. These may not seem critical to some but it really helps you identify and delete duplicate pictures. This can save an enormous amount of space. It has a lot of other functions as well and is well worth the money.

Can you fix this problem please?

I am having trouble getting my different folders to display in “list format.” There are 3 buttons in the top right corner of the app. The 1st button is the Cloud Sync button. The 2nd button is the one I’m having problems with. When i press the middle button with 3 circles and 3 lines next to each circle, the button changes into four squares and my folders go from being side by side, to being reorganized into a list format where each folder is on its own line and the folders are stacked on top of each other like a grocery list. But when i close the app and reopen it, i find that everything has reverted back to the previous setting. If you could please fix this issue the next time you get a chance the app it would be greatly appreciated. Other than that i love Gallery Vault. It is my #1 most favorite app on my phone. I will definitely come back and give your app the 5 star rating it deserves if you can fix this little bug. I will also tell everyone i know about how awesome Gallery Vault is so they will download it too.

Lost my files

I have paid for this app for 5 years now and I went on yesterday to get files I had stored on there and the files are gone. I contacted customer support and they basically told me if there are no files in the app that they are gone. So this company deleted my very important documents that I needed for something important. I am now deleting my membership and advise you all not to purchase this. 5 years of paying for the security of my files to loose them all. Might not seem like much but paying $60 to trust a company with my files for them to then lose them. Had I of known they would just lose them I would have just put them under my hide folder on my iPhone. Do not purchase this app in hopes it will store your secret things.

Update in response to your response. I have never uninstalled, deleted, or hidden files on this app. I just save files on the app expecting them to stay hidden until I want to retrieve them. Your app did in fact lose my files as I have been back and forth in emails trying to get clarification which no one can seem to give me. Stop telling lies to people and take responsibility for the failure of your app.

Hi. GalleryVault does not access your photos neither do we have IT admins that have access to your photos. Our top concern is protecting your privacy. We never delete what people store in their photo vault. If the app is uninstalled, the files in it will be cleaned up at the same time
