GateHouse Solutions® is a complete software solution for managing visitor & resident access into communities nationwide. Our Resident Phone App provides residents with a simple and convenient way to manage/view their visitor list and their account information. Please contact the software administor at your community to request the required Client ID, your Username, and your default Password.
Please note that your community is required to purchase the GateHouse® Resident Phone App in order for its residents to access to this app.

Buggy App
I have used this for 30 minutes and already identified the app has major bugs. Editing visitors on iPhone causes the UI to freak out and then you’re stuck. Can’t believe nobody identified that issue in testing prior to releasing it, or worse it was identified and they moved to production without fixing it.
Can you guys add an option to send to cell numbers instead of emails!
It’s inconvenient to have to ask everyone for their emails when most people use phones to communicate via text or call. I have everyone’s number that is visiting me but not their email.
Other than that app works great.
Cannot Add, Cannot See Visitors...
Developers of this app, what is going on with it? I can no longer add visitors, not see visitors that has been added earlier, no information at all is available to see or change...I need to add guests and contractors frequently and it is very inconvenient/useless when it is not working. This issues has been on and off for a while and need your attention and fix. I live in a gated community and visitors who are not on my list will not be granted access...
