Worst Customer Service Ever
The customer service department has to be THE WORST EVER. 99.9% of them DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH very well plus they give contradictory information and statements.
A supervisor will tell you one thing but their agents and other supervisors will tell you something else.
If I could give them ZERO OR NEGATIVE AMOUNTS OF STARS I WOULD absolutely do that.
Worthless app
This is the most useless most pathetic worthless app I’ve ever seen in my life definitely not customer supportive if y’all can’t do any better than this take the app down
Imagine a functioning app
Imagine and aspire credit cards are run by the same company and neither have a functioning app- though it’s in the Apple Store make it make sense.
