I love this app, it has a lot opportunities to help me pay my bills, and they have a variety of jobs with different dates and times, make sure to provide all your experience when you go to the office to get the interview, that will allow you to see all the jobs available, I didn’t know this, and I came back to tell them I have experience in multiple industries, and positions, because of this app, I get to catch up in all of my bills! I will start with how when I try to clock in on the app it won’t let me and says the app needs to be updated but an update is not availabe support says it’s not the app turn on location but it was never off and support says the time sheet at the jobsite is what we’ll go off of for your pay anyway and you will be paid the following Friday of the week your shift was on, next Friday is gone and I haven’t seen any deposits, I once again email support giving all the details they asked for and a day later have no response, no phone number to call and nothing but cookie cutter emails that dodge my questions and place blame anywhere to say we have resolved this issue, if you expect good work out of us youd better hold up your end but it seems like you have chatgpt running the support team, I’ll come back and add more as it comes up but presently I am ready to say I wont work for indeed flex if you want my time your gonna have to deal with me directly and meanwhile I’ll be forced to put a claim in with the labor board to get compensation for my time, effort and gas money I have sunk into two weeks of work to get nothing in return and remember I gave you multiple chances to keep this quiet and make it right

The process to schedule an interview is horrendous. There are no set times or dates for when they upload new interviews so you’re expected to constantly refresh their job interview schedule page every day until one magically pops up. I basically have spent a month just trying to get an interview scheduled.

on top of that they show you all of the jobs you could be working if you could get an interview scheduled. So you’re forced to watch jobs that you could be accepting pass and go while waiting for someone to release some interviews for you to schedule.

I’ve tried customer support and they all (respectfully) say to just keep waiting and theres no other way to schedule an interview. I just want some simple shifts to pick up while I have in between time and to fill a financial gap. There’s no reason I should be spending this much time over getting a shift. If you can you should use Wonolo over this. It’s sign up process is quick and easy. No lengthy interview process.
