Needs work
I feel like the creators or whomever is supposed to maintain the app need to watch it more and fix issues. The app is not even opening right now and both my daughter and I are trying to open on different phones.
Worked in the beginning……
After much persuasion from Palm Beach Tan staff, I finally downloaded the app and had them provide login information. The app was convenient for the entire week (7 days) it worked. But it has inot accurately shown my tan time and nearly a month, so I attempted to log out and log back in. That was a mistake. Now I cannot get logged back into the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and I have also restarted my phone all to no avail. The app is useless. I can’t even get past the login screen, because it simply sits and spins. It’s already aggravating that they force you to wait a minimum of 24 hours in between each tan session (NO other tanning salon that has EVER done this) but now I can’t even accurately check when I last tanned because their app is crap…..the only thing it’s doing is taking up memory on my phone.

The app is garbage as well as the company.
There is no way to contact them, they tell me to use my email to get into the app to cancel, but I’ve used two emails or updated it long ago because I could no longer access the first one, but their system doesn’t work like that and they don’t see to understand. If I try to use the new email that THEY ADDED to my account into the system it says I don’t have an account and if I try to use the old one it wants me to confirm in my email which I cannot access.
So I’m still being charged after their downtown Houston location shut down completely from the hurricane in July yet I continue to be charged every month.
