Yandex Go: Taxi Food Delivery 4+

Driver did not come to pick up location and message pop up trip is finished, they already cut money from my bank card, I contacted Support they also really crazy they can’t understand anything whatever I explain even now robots understand but they can’t. I’m preparing details and complain to court. Let’s see how they can handle it.

So called yandex representative pretended to be a taxi driver taught me all the way down: where I should call taxi and where shouldn’t. He was bothering my personality saying that it’s a bad manner to call taxi wherever I want. He argued that I must walk to the most convenient point to the driver instead. And ultimately he was complaining whole trip how bad passengers are and how we should behave. Who told him that a passenger wants to have a discussion with him? I’m very upset with a service. Please pay attention to your employees. The man introduced himself as a direct yandex representative making a research on driving conditions. We call taxi to be delivered from point A to B and not to be lectured on how we should live and moreover to be bothered, even though by your representative. Yandex go 👎

I really love using Yandex Taxi, but how I can add my bank cards in order to pay with card. I’ve searched out in support, there was said that I can ads, but actually it is impossible, thanks in advance
