Futonland’s customer service is impeccable. FedEx misplaced one of the boxes containing the arms of the futon and Futonland sent a replacement right away. The Strata furniture directions were awful but that has nothing to do with Futonland

I purchase the Daisy Cabinet Murphy Bed. This was a big purchase for me and Tony was extremely helpful and patient with my process.
Metropolitan Warehouse delivered it 2 weeks from purchase date. They were also fabulous. They communicated consistently. They called a week before delivery to set up a date. Called 2 days prior to confirm delivery and time. 15 minutes prior to arrival they called to say they would be here then. Professional, Friendly, Efficient. I paid for White glove and it was worth every penny. They showed me how to open and close it. Inspected it with me for scratches etc. I would highly recommend Futonland/Comfort Pure and Tony.

We've been meaning to replace our 40-year-old futon mattress for years, and of course we waited to the very last minute, with holiday guests arriving in a few days. I emailed Futonland customer service to see about a rush job, and within minutes I got a phone call from Zack, who was friendly and helpful, saying they could expedite the shipping (from NYC to New Hampshire). Imagine my shock when the mattress arrived THE VERY NEXT MORNING! That implies that Zack dropped everything to rush my order, as I had called him very late in the day. The six-inch mattress he recommended is a significant upgrade over our old four-incher, and it appears to be well made, sturdy and very comfortable. Hopefully it will last 40 years, but if it doesn't I know where I will shop for a replacement!

I had a specific desire for size, pattern, and color and found what I wanted using the choices available. I ordered the futon cover without problems. KJ and Igor were super nice with helping us with our new bed frame. They made shipping possible incredibly fast, even making some calls to the warehouses! Delivery was amazing and even with a discount being applied incorrectly they made sure and went out of their way to make sure I got it refunded. Thank you so so much!!

We lost this same Clover Cabinet bed in Hurricane Helene and I immediately replaced it as we work to put our home back together. It is SO comfortable and a nice looking piece of furniture!!

Futonland made it easy to order a futon cover that fit my futon well. Even received a call to confirm details. They made some minor changes to the order. The cover was a bit hard to get on but that allowed for a good-looking fit. Thanks!

Great futon! Took a bit to assemble, but looks nice and sleeps nice. I was a bit nervous to order online, but it worked out great! If you prefer a firm mattress, this one has you covered. I guess if you're going to be sleeping on this a lot and prefer a softer mattress, I might recommend getting a topper of some sort. Unfortunately, I don't have my order in front of me, so I can only tell you I ordered one of the 10" mattresses.

The representative was very helpful! He discussed the merits of each type of mattress and explained which ones he thought would work best with our frame. He also suggested a mattress cover, which I would have overlooked. We have set up the new futon and are very pleased! Altogether an A+ experience.
