Their reply to my review sums them up....Accepted for a loan, while the process was going through its stages, I decided to reduce the amount I requested, I sent an email with the request to reduce the amount prior to them acceptingmy application..They then Accepted the original amount...with a tag on...'You will have to reapply for a different amount' I jumped through all the hoops the asked me to...Not going through the process again and it affecting my credit rating...
In insponse to my review Sums you up...There is no mention of talking to a member of your Customer Service team...You obviously received the request to reduce the amount of the loan..Your email asking me to ' Reapply for the new amount' is paramount to setting me up to fail...Knowing the new loan amount application would be rejected makes this even worse...Shame on you guys...
Everything was so easy to fill in and set up, wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company, wanted to buy a campervan which is what is happening.
The company has been a pleasure to work with in particular where communications are concerned. They are easily reached via their app which has proved to be really useful.
