I spoke to a lovely lady called isma this morning and she was very understanding of my recent difficulties which rendered me being un arrears,she was very understanding and made me feel at ease as it was a difficult phone for me to make.
She sorted a new repayment plan which I'm happy with and I feel alot better now.
So thanks again isma.

Called Creation today and spoke with a young man from the financial difficulty department called Kish.I did not realise I had an outstanding balance as my loan agreement has ended. He was so lovely,so professional and seemed to genuinely care. I did not feel judged. He explained everything in a way I could understand instead of all the jargon and I felt he did a really excellent job. Told me what to expect and what to do when and if needed im so grateful. Lovely approach,really nice voice aswell lol. I felt so much better about the whole situation as I had been quite worried about it all.

Spoke to a lad called Kish and he was great to say the least. He helped me out with a tailored arrangement for my arrears as things are a little hectic at the moment. Kish sorted me out with a easy to understand arrangement that suits all my needs and he even gave me a additional way to pay my arrears so I don't have to worry about finding time to call. I can't say I'll be using the standing order as kish was a pleasure to talk to and was great all around. Thanks for the friendly chat kish God bless.

I had a random charge of £1.18 and received a letter stating I would receive a default charge of £30 on my account so phoned CREATION to find out what exactly was going on.
I was put through to a woman named Irene, who was fantastic.
Irene explained the charge was interest from my last payment and it would be sorted via my next payment I should never have been sent the letter and it will not effect my credit score.
Irene also went want one step further looking into my account finding out the system had not setup my direct debit correctly, so for the last two months I have received default late charges that I should not of. Irene was able to reverse these charges and have the money taken off my account, so I have less payments to make.
Irene is a credit to Creation finance, thank you so much!

Very disappointed with this service.
I am a deaf Adult, there was no email or live chat to get hold of them, it was nightmare trying setting up a app on my phone it would not let me.
I was told it was 0% interest free and just found out that I have been paying interest from day one! They wouldn't speak to my other half to speak on my behalf trying to solve the problems. So frustrating and definitely would not be using this service again.

Just spoke to Tossif at the Helpdesk regarding my direct debit not being set up correctly. This added a £30 charge and some minor arrears, after explaining the situation Tossif got the whole thing sorted and removed of my outstanding balance. Happy with the service and dealing with Tossif was a real pleasure.
