I spoke to a lovely lady called isma this morning and she was very understanding of my recent difficulties which rendered me being un arrears,she was very understanding and made me feel at ease as it was a difficult phone for me to make.
She sorted a new repayment plan which I'm happy with and I feel alot better now.

Farhana and Reiss demonstrated great values when taking my calls. Their customer service is a major credit to creation. Initially Reiss was helping me but I got cut off from him. He called me back and left a voice message. Due to my phone settings he wasn’t able to get through. But he tried really hard. Farhana was able to take over from where I left with Reiss and complete the actions I needed to.
Clearly training is great and both showed concern, understanding and competence. I will always recommend friends and family to trust and use creation moving forward. Thank you both!
Malvin at Creation has been really helpful in time of need when I was struggling with my repayments. He was reasuring and caring, asking how I felt and how I was doing. We have come to an affordable arrangement to get me back on track. I am extremely grateful for the support I have received from Malvin.
Just spoke to Tossif at the Helpdesk regarding my direct debit not being set up correctly. This added a £30 charge and some minor arrears, after explaining the situation Tossif got the whole thing sorted and removed of my outstanding balance. Happy with the service and dealing with Tossif was a real pleasure.

Miss-sold credit card! Complaints team couldn't care less
I've never had a credit card before but was going travelling and saw on MSE that this was a good one to use when withdrawing money abroad.
I called their sales team and had a lengthy conversation about everything I intended to use the card for, the credit limits and charges, etc. At no point did the sales advisor tell me there was a separate credit limit for withdrawing cash abroad, despite me saying several times this was the sole reason for needing the card and asking about limits.
Fast forward several months and I arrive at Tokyo airport and try to withdraw some money for the ATM, only to have my card rejected. After being stranded for several hours, I was finally able to make it to my hotel and called Creation. The lady I initially spoke with was sympathetic and tried to be helpful by putting me onto her Manager, Kate. Kate clearly could not care less about what had happened and just repeated generic statements while trying to get me off the phone. She even at one point suggested it was my fault for not knowing about the limit as this was "common" for credit cards.
Kate agreed she'd see what she could do but 24 hours later I received an email saying they wouldn't extend my cash withdrawal limit and if I didn't like it, I should go to the Ombudsman.

Not sure why there's so many bad reviews.
Got a creation card because of excellent zero fees worldwide spending. Everything has been the way it should so far. No hidden charges or fees as others have said. Got the advertised interest rate and very happy with the service. Ts & Cs very clear, just like any other credit company, they make money when you are in debt so just be sure to pay off balance as soon as you can.
Left off one star because i waited over a week with no communication to see if i had been accepted.

Good service. Don't judge based on the poorl reviews alone
I've had 2 finance agreements from creation recently. Had quality customer service on both of them. Prompt responses to queries and genuinely very helpful call centre.
Gave them 4 stars (not 5) because I had to wait on hold for a while.
I think they get a bad name because of observation bias. I.e. If some takes out interest free finance and it all works finance; those people don't go online to do a review. It's only the bad experiences that cause reviews.
I would use creation again.

I've got a £2000 credit limit but won't let me purchase
I've got a £2000 credit limit on my Currys account but it's saying I can't use it to purchase an iPhone I wanted from the store. What is the point of having a credit limit when there don't let you use it. Creation finance don't trust

Ridiculously awful, do not expect any customer service from these people.
Purchased a TV on 5th December, but TV was unavailable so called in 6th and cancelled.
Order value removed from my balance and still not refunded 24 days later.
Numerous emails and calls but each time they have fobbed me off with cut and paste replies.
Now likely to miss all the Christmas AND New Year sales costing me £100's extra on the TV.

Extortionate rates, terrible customer service, avoid at all costs.
Have a Flybe branded credit Mastercard from Creation. Built up a balance over time and always paying it off. Noticed that it seemed to be taking a long time to clear compared to other cards in the market and realised that the interest rate had creeped up to 29% which is disgraceful. Rang them up asking would they consider an interest rate reduction and the most rudest rep simply said 'No, that is not something we do here'. You would have thought I was asking them for a loan of £20,000 interest free with his attitude. Would not recommend using native Creation products or any of their partner products at all.

Website is rubbish
Since I have only just got my credit card I have set up online to pay now everytime I try to log on it either says wrong username or password everytime and have to go through retreving my user name again and then I try to get my password and says my details are wrong this happens every time what a load of rubbish don't ever get a card from these people I can't even pay my bill now rubbish rubbish rubbish

Offered finance then they made an error and refused
Went online to order from Currys And the offer of finance free for 6 months presented itself.. I applied and passed the mini check and then filled out the next step, again I passed and was told I could take an email with the plan id to currys and make my purchase.... when I got there it said it had failed and that I hadn't passed any checks even though an email was in my inbox saying I had passed and had a limit of £2k.... I paid for my good directly as I was embarrassed and investigated when I got home.. it turns out they had made a cock up there end and rather than unravel it and press on they black balled me? I have several credit cards all with zero balance and big limits and who knows what else all paid and on time!
The thing that got me was they told the salesman to get me to check my credit file which he did in front of everyone and it was all down to a system error and lazy staff!! Avoid this shambles and save yourself the embarrassment.. I only wanted interest free for a few months..... RATS

Mislead on what I was applying for.
I don't tend to really leave reviews, but with my experience so far, I feel I have to. I was sent an invitation letter for a credit card with Creation, since I have used them for the past 8 years on finance agreements - laptop/couch etc. It was for a card with 12months interest free on BT's, so I applied and got accepted. During th application I made a request for the balance transfer, and awaited my card. A few days later, I called up to ask what the rate was for money transfers, to be told, the card I had, had absolutely no offers on the account, apart from no fees for making the transfers, and that I would be charged from the second the transfer was made. I was shocked! I've worked for credit cards for numerous years, and would never opt to have applied for a card with no offer - considering the offers you have on the market at th moment. I was asked if I still had the letter, but replied - no, I didn't keep it, after I was accepted. I didn't realise I would have a battle on my hands. I have since asked them to look back their mailing records and give me the offer I thought I was applying for. I am awaiting an outcome. KEEP A HOLD OF ANY LITERATURE SENT FROM THIS FIRM GUYS!

T&Cs don't detail all the ways you'll be caught out
There are purchases I've made with my Creation credit card which I've also made with other credit cards - turns out Creation has a whole different set of criteria for what constitutes a cash advance and hence an extra whackingly big charge. There's no warning in the T&Cs, wording there is pretty generic, very similar to my 2 other cards. Even the companies I've made the purchases from (mainstream ones, and not gambling sites etc) have said they shouldn't be counted as a cash advance in their opinion and they don't know of any other companies asides from Creation that do. I've got to the stage where I'm reluctant to use my card anywhere except at a petrol pump, as I've even had purchases in shops charged as a cash advance. I'll be closing my card account as a result of these extra charges which seem to get charged on a Creation whim, you won't be able to tell from their T&Cs what will and what will not attract the extra fee.

I had the misfortune to have dealings with this company and benefit from their complete absence in customer service. They are the worst company that I have ever dealt with and I would have given them zero stars but that's not possible!

brand new fridge
Went to Currys after my fridge was on the blink. Paid monthly but at first I didn't know who these people were!! Phoned up and spoke to someone who explained why it said Creation on my bank. No problems since

Good, simple company to deal with
Bought a few things from Curry's PC world with Creation giving the finance. Never had any problems once Direct Debits started they kept going and stopped when needed to. No complaints, just meant I got my expensive technology and spread the cost.

Total Incompetence....
3 months...numerous long phone calls by me... contacted by credit reference agency...and still there is a incorrect default notice showing on some of my credit reports....because Creation can't get their act together to remove it.I ring them they apologise and promise it will be rectified ..but the wrong information is then sent out to the credit reference agencies and the whole mess starts again.ABSOLUTE JOKE AVOID.Information Commissioner been contacted.

Don't get a credit card with this company
They charge and charge and charge.
I called up because I had set up direct debits on the phone. But the first direct debit was not taken... So I was charged 15 pounds and interest. I paid the bill off and asked if this was all I had to pay. I was told that there was no information available...what happened next is that I received a letter more than a week later dated the day before the phone call requesting another 5 pounds.... This is a disgusting way to do business

Very unethical clauses that charge when they should not
After many years of satisfactory service I relaised today just how underhand this companies small print is. Had a late payment fee and interest charge, which is fine as I missed a payment. Although it turns out that they charge interest not just on the missed payement balance but EVERY purchase thereafter (which should carry a 30 day credit free period) so interest racks up very quickly. Despite credits applied wiping out the overdue balance, but they are not counted she said. When I phoned to query this practice, it was met with a rather jolly represenative who spent approx 5 minutes on hold to speak to someone to understand what had happened then was laughing as she told me it was my fault. She appeared delighted when I said I would close my account. Tut. Such dreadful dealings with a very loyal customer.

Friendly, quick, easy
Registered for a card, was recieved in a week. The staff on the phone answered very quickly and were friendly and efficient. Online management of the card appears secure (not overly complicated) and easy to use.

Uneccesary charges due to there information being wrong 6WEEKS REFUND!!
I have been with creation for a few years for my car insurance, over the years i have had 2 late payment charges, totally my fault i admit, but today i notice my normal payment and and extra £10! not alot i know, but on principle i rang them to be told it was because i hadnt returned my credit agreement, upon confirming my details they discovered they had my incorrect d.o.b and my postal address wrong also!
So how was i meant to receive this credit agreement? well they agreed it was there fault, then told me upto 6 weeks to refund! quick enough to take money, not so quick to give it back!
must admit the chap i spoke to was helpful, however the people above just seem to be diffuicult!
