After some time of having a few difficulties with my account, and not being able to get around to properly sort my finances, I was finally given great customer service by a lovely gentleman named Tossif. He helped me and left me satisfied at the end of the call and made sure my problems were solved. Thank you so much! 😊
We set out to find a blender for soups, and discovered that they can do so much more now, surprising us in the best way. We encountered Lisa, a Currys sales assistant who was engaged in another task but immediately shifted her focus to help us. She guided us through the selection process and accompanied us to the till, embodying the spirit of excellent customer service. Her bright and cheerful demeanor, along with her willingness to go the extra mile, showcased her efficient and friendly professionalism. Lisa is truly a credit to the Blackpool store.
The application process is generally smooth but working out how to sign the documents is tricky as the boxes appear to be ticked already. You have to clear them first and then re-tick 🤦�♂�
Also the app password doesn’t accept the “-“ special character. Frustrating as the Apple auto password generator often uses “-“.
