I originally applied a year or so ago but at that time it as not right for me. I have been working hard to get my credit rating back up after my marriage broke down. Thankfully I am well on the way to repairing the damage I was left with. Credit Spring offered another way to raise my credit profile and the process was quick and easy. One thing that could be made clearer through the process is the 30 day wait from acceptance to being able to take advantage of the first loan. All in all a very good experience.

Beware ! Allowed a fraudster to take a loan out in my husbands name
My husband is the victim of identity theft . This company allowed someone to set up a loan in his name for £1250.00 . When my husband first learnt of this he contacted Credit Springs who refused to talk to him because he didn't know the person who has committed the fraud email to access the fraudsters account!
My husband has been dealing with their fraud department . He has given him all the details including the ACTION FRAUD number given to him when he reported the identity theft.
After over 30 emails sent to their fraud department they still don't believe my husband and this morning we received a letter from Credit Springs stating they have now handed our loan over to a company called ACI . How disgraceful . Why have you done this when my husband has told you the truth and given you his action fraud case number ? We have reported this company to the financial ombudsman .
