Bought a Toslink Digital Switch on-line from Lindy.
Very prompt delivery marred by the remote switching not working.
Noted damage to the package which raised suspicions that this could be the cau
se of the problem.
Excellent response from Callum in Technical Support who got a replacement to me the next day.
All was well with this one, which clearly nailed the in-transit damage as the culprit.
Impressed with the service, and a digital switch which does exactly what I needed.

Lindy products and support are Amazing!!!

The BNX-60 Noise cancelling headphones are the best headphones I have ever used, lightweight as well as strong and sturdy. I would recommend to anyone es
pecially people with learning disabilities and mental health problems, the noise cancelling aspect is amazing and easily turned of and on with a switch on the side.

Tech Support team at Lindy are great, quick responses and always helpful. Super helpful and friendly not like other tech support and staff. Couldn't rate them higher and will be shopping with Lindy more in the future.

Apart from being really excellent headphones having had mine now for some time (4 years) and using them everyday the ear pads were getting a bit manky. Such great surprise inexpensive new ear pads for my Lindy earphones available! what a change whereas most companies it's almost impossible to get any spares at all. Well done Lindy.

Super customer service from Clare in Sales and Callum in Service Support when I enquired about a now no-longer available headphone cable. Great to be able to replace my headphone earpads and at a reasonable price and same day despatch when ordered online - Well Done Guys! - very happy and will recommend Lindy phones and products to friends.

Lindy products and support are Amazing!!!

BEWARE DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS

I decided to purchase from this company based on positive reviews, but I am utterly furious at the disgraceful customer service I experienced. I bought a USB-C to Micro USB cable for my older device, and when I reached out to technical support team with a simple question, I was stunned by the sheer laziness and lack of care in their responses. Every reply was so vague and dismissive that I had to chase after every tiny bit of clarification, and basic assistance

When I requested a manager, thinking someone would finally take this seriously, I was met with the same unhelpful, delayed replies—no urgency, no professionalism, no resolution. I wasted so much time trying to get help only to be ignored by general customer service team as well, leaving me feeling entirely dismissed.

I’m beyond frustrated and thankful that I only bought a cable and not a high-ticket item. This company is clearly all about appearances; when it comes to helping customers, you’re on your own. Save yourself the headache and your money—this place is not worth the aggravation. BEWARE!

Terrible customer service

My daughter has purchased a pair of Lindsey headphones last year as a gift. They have developed a fault with the charging point. I contacted Lindsey. They were not helpful. They were quite rude and unhelpful and said that I need proof of purchase which I explained I haven’t got I was happy to send the headphones back to them if they could sort them out as my daughter is autistic and uses them as a sensory tool as well with the noise cancelling the person I spoke to, was very unhelpful. Would not be buying from them again.

Poor battery life / ANC fails after a month

If i was to write this 3 years ago, this would be a 5 star review for the excellent construction of the BNX-60. They lasted me several years and in the end were replaced when they finally fell apart.

Considering my experience, I decided to try the BNX-80. After about 12 months or so, the battery failed. I raised the issue with the company who promptly sent me another pair. Another 12 months later and the battery has failed once again. In both cases, ANC failed on the headphones in the first month and started to emit a high pitched sound when switched on, leaving the function unusable. This is something I never experienced in the BNX-60 and am rather disappointed by what should have been the next generation of this product.

With the product having a 2 year warranty, at this point I'm out of options for raising the issue but at this point, I wouldn't trust another pair of their headphones. Lightning clearly doesn't strike twice, so I'm off to find another brand who can offer a real product.

Brilliant customer service experience

Had an issue with a faulty cable and was sent a replacment straight away. One of the best customer services experiences I have had for a long time. Really impressed. Lindy are always the first place I look now when I need a specific high-quality cable.

Immediate availability and fast delivery of replacement earpads that fitted precisely with no fuss. They seem less voluminous than the originals but the stitched joint is very reassuring. Hearing enjoyment restored.
