Their customer service is terrible! I asked for an exchange, they got the item back, and now they say the returns team takes 14 days—it's been 17, and I still don't have it. I also asked for a refund, but no reply.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. 13 calls no answer. The aftercare is shambolic. They like taking your money but don’t like doing anything about it. I literally can’t buy tools from somewhere that offeres zero aftercare
