The lady who served me was so knowledgeable about knives and so helpful. She also advised that a knife should be kept in a block or in a cover. I never knew this. I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family.

Staff were extremely efficient and helpful. Service is always excellent at the Dorchester branch.
I had an issue with an on line order on the preceding day, which was the last day of the sale, and prices were honoured in store.

I bought an egg poacher. A member of Staff helpfully showed me where I could find one, the different options (with it without the pan) and informed how to use it correctly to prevent damaging or warping. It came with a ten year guarantee.

Assistant in the shop was helpful friendly and nice. Good quality saucepan in the sale and at half the price at another shop. Overall very impressed with the service and goods. Will certainly go in the shop again.

I bought a glass topped cake stand as a gift. The salesperson ensured that it was safely packaged and was very helpful and polite (as staff in this store always are). My friends were delighted with their gift. It is both practical and stylish and compliments their love of cookery/baking, not to mention their lovely new kitchen!

Great kettle and toaster. Kettle a little noisy but very quick. No funny taste either that you sometimes get with new kettles. Seems really well made. Lady who served us at Dorchester branch really helpful and friendly. Not pushy at all.

I didn't want to leave my email for the receipt of purchase because as I explained to the shop assistant, I didn't wish to be bombarded with emails. She assured me that it was very clear and very easy to unsubscribe. That was nonsense, it is NOT easy to unsubscribe. They make it deliberately ambiguous with a click saying change your subscription.

Incredible customer service. We were greeted as we entered the shop by the staff on the floor and a lovely young lady provided excellent advise on a product we were considering. Her advise lead us to purchasing the pan.

Your lovely Dorchester staff. They never fail to welcome me with a welcoming, friendly 'hello'. They are clearly very proud of Procook products and are extremely knowledgeable, to the extent you can tell they clearly use them too! When you have such enthusiastic staff, who will take the time to discuss the product, together with advice on the best usage and advice, I feel very confident in my purchase. A visit to Procook in Dorchester is always a 'must' for me. Unfortunately for my purse, I nearly always find something useful to buy!! (but that purchase never fails to be a well used and loved product). Please keep your Dorchester shop open,where i know i can always get the best advice and am pointed in the direction of any new products, which I value.Thank you Procook, your product and your staff are excellent.

As there was a sale decided to have a look. The staff were very friendly and so helpful explaining the deals on some pans and trays.
