Very helpful assistant. I purchased a cafetière and took it home. My wife decided it was too big - so I took it back to Pro-Cook Truro, and the young lady changed it for the size we wanted without hesitation.

The shop is very well laid out. Staff were prompt to serve but had an issue at the till and realised when I got home I was charged twice for cookie cutters. I did phone and left a message on answer phone but have had no response.

After years of using blunt knives, I recently invested in new knives from ProCook. I am so pleased I did. The knives are brilliant. The handles are comfortable to hold and it is a treat to be able to cut up meat and vegetables so easily.
The girls in the shop were so helpful.

I liked the friendliness, helpfulness of the staff.
I didn't like the fact that when I arrived home in Yate I found that the Peppermill purchased was as near to useless as one could get. The worst £20 ever spent. As soon as I can locate a ProCook shop near me I will be taking it back.

The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable, the product we wished to buy was a set of knives and knife block, we were advised on the different sets and allowed me to hold different knives so I could decide on the best handle and blade .

Staff in the shop were very helpful. Knowledgable to their section. I was looking at a new set of saucepans. With over 20 years of cheffing experience saucepans are an essential quality in a kitchen. After getting some advise and having my questions answered. I decided on a set of bi-ply saucepan set. You can buy as a recommended set or you can swap and choose other things in the range to build your own set. I went with building my own 8 piece set. Very happy with the quality of the product so far. 25 year guarantee so should last some time. Recommended. They are currently on offer at a great deal.

The lady in the shop who served me was very friendly, helpful, and proved very knowledgeable about the item I was considering purchasing. I bought two sets and then paid a little more for some knives, one specifically recommended by her. It was a first rate experience. She treated me just right.
