I purchased a treatment online for a Christmas gift to only be told when going in store that I cannot gift this as I opened an account in my name. I did this to avoid the recipient finding out. Most places online you add your details and the person who it is for details. I’ve been told they do not refund for “change of mind” even though this does not reflect my situation. I was spoken to very poorly by the manager and accused of being passive aggressive for not “understanding”. Turns out a lot of people I have spoken to have had similar situations with this business.

Abbie is extremely talented! She exceeded my expectations with the results of my eyebrows. I’m absolutely obsessed with how they turned out. To walking in to a comfortable environment, listening to her awesome playlist and having a laugh. You can definitely call me a regular. Thank you so much 🙏😍

I Took my daughter here back in January. Great experience, she loved everything and such a convenient location with easy parking I would recommend! She loves it!!!

I've gone to Minh to do my lash extensions and they always turn out great and ended up pulling my friends and sister to her services. She offers great consultation and ensures that she achieves what you desire. He's super kind and gentle with the process. Happy to say I've found my lash clinic 😍 ☺️

What a wonderful experience! Bek is a beautiful person and a very skilled cosmetic tattooist. She listened to my concerns and put my mind at ease. I couldn’t be happier with my results, my eyebrows and lips have never looked better. Eyeliner next.

Charlotte, the therapist, took less than an hour to do two pedicures,a male manicure and a gel manicure. My husband and I were charged £110.00 and left without a receipt. We both decided to call Charlotte the following day and ask for a breakdown of costs as we looked at the prices online and couldn’t understand why we were charged more than stated. Charlotte told us that we had been charged for luxury treatments because we had our feet soaked and normally a pedicure would be done without a foot soak. She also admitted to overcharging us but said that it was only a few pounds, so we didn’t feel we should ask for a refund. We decided never to return again and was going to let it go. However, after a few days, my gel nail varnish peeled off and my husband’s nails broke so I decided to go back to Charlotte to show her my nails. The salon was closed and I found her clearing tables in the adjacent restaurant. I asked her to step outside so as not to embarrass her and showed her my nails. She refused to put them right or to refund any money. I told her that I had my own beauty business and I am a fully qualified beauty therapist so I know that she didn’t remove our cuticles or apply the polish correctly. She then told me that I should paint my own nails and she didn’t want to see me or my husband again. I noticed that the certificates on the wall of the salon were not Charlottes and I honestly doubt that she is actually a qualified beauty therapist.
