Unfortunately what arrived was very different to what was shown online. Not only the look of products but the colouring book was missing and was the main reason I purchased for my niece to have something to do after surgery.

I've used hampers with a bite many times over the years. The process is always smooth, delivery is fast. Every hamper has always been beautifully packed. Will continue to use

As a small business contacting this company to stock their ice creams I have been shocked and disgusted how I have been treated … Such an old company sadly has failed in my books. Even when I received a call back from a regional manager I was treated the same way extremely patronising and disrespectful

Taylor is nothing but unprofessional. She lies. I bought several clearance boxes, yes it did state that they are near or at the best before date dated jan to April. Well I got lollies that were out of date from 2023. She also stated that the box had $50 value in it. FALSE. I added it all up, it was worth the value of the box ($20). These lollies are all best before (bar x2 lollies that were still in date) therefore should of been sold at clearance prices, not original prices. I tried telling her i was not happy, she blocked me. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE.

costsAvoid them like the plague. I’ve been waiting for a delivery for nearly two weeks and it’s been sitting in the couriers warehouse for that time. Dessert boxes can’t provide and update on when it will actually be delivered. The food will have gone off and using dessert boxes for any present is an absolute waste of your time and money.

Placed an order at 2pm and worried we wouldn't get it before 4pm the same day - super last minute order. I emailed through and got a response straight away to confirm this would be delivered within 30 mins. All made and delivered by 3pm!!!! So relieved and impressed that a company can work that fast and provide such a good service. Will 100% re-use in the future! Product itself was lovely and I am really pleased. Highly recommend.
