Cowboys. I was with SMS Broadcast and, everything was good. They closed and ClickSend took over and carried my credit across. My first experience with CS was New Year’s Eve. I sent maybe 25 messages and set them to be delivered at 11:59. Perfect for a Happy New Year. None of the messages went out until gone 5am!! Pretty much totally missing the point of a HNY message and annoying a lot of my friends by waking them up at 5am! I contacted the company and was told NYE is busy so that’s why the messages were delayed. No real apology. No attempts to put things right. Just telling me that NYE was a busy one. Not a huge shock really!! I’ve since asked them for a my money back and they refused. By the way, I’m not asking for a refund on all the messages that they messed up. Just a refund on what money is in my account with them. Just got an email from the sales director. Again, no apology. No attempts to put things right etc. He told me if I took my money back to SMS BROADCAST I wouldn’t get my money back either. He also told me that they don’t give refunds. So they’ve failed on the two most important areas really. 1. Delivery of messages 2. Customer service As long as these two things aren’t remotely of interest to you then carry on and use them. Otherwise stay well clear.

Even though the products MIGHT be of excellent quality, I still have to try it out though, since my first order placed on the 27th of November 2024 has not yet been mounted due to the wrong product received. The customer support is astonishingly non-existant! First of all, the configurator made me buy the worng product. When trying to understand which one I really needed, the chatbot was the only option to have a chat with. Obviously with no result! Turning in circles. Well, I decided to buy a complete new Wireless Charging Head - unfortunately even for a much higher price 🤬 - and I'm still waiting to understand how to return the first one that was wrongly advised by the configurator and understand if I will get refunded. Now, I ordered the new one last Friday (10 jan) with the DHL fast delivery and as of today I have no indication if the order has shipped and if so how to track it. I need it fast, hence the €18 extra payment for fast delivery (duhh) So I try to get in contact with the support.... again the chatbot.... again running in circles with no answers.... again frustration.... and still at 17:15 no idea where my order is and when I'm supposed to receive it... Quad Lock... YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS!! THE CHATBOT IS USELESS!!!!!!

My account got suspended while full transactions have been done, and extra 2 months money were overcharged, under such frustrating circumstances, Shan helped me to resume the wifi service quickly and gave clear suggestion to respective department to deal with overpayment. I appreciate Shan’s help, very thoughtful and efficient.
