Just waste $550 from mobile phone purchase. The mobile phone doesn't compliance with Australian mobile network. The customer service responded my messages but they just said it's not their problems and close my complaint case. Awesome way to problem solve. Keep away from this scamming company.

No: #ATC92861 Ordered on the 21st December Haven't received absolutely anything in the mail. No ability to track because I wasn't given a tracking number. Just like FRESHHOODS!! Absolute dropkick scamming Kents Jesus what's with all these fake sites these days. People check trust pilot for the love of god before buying anything of a Facebook "advertised" algorithm. Mark zukerfuka will put you in jail for the minor indiscretion but allow scammers to operate with absolute impunity like they have presidential pardons Avoid animetown creations like the plague 0 out of 5 if it was allowed. First time buyer, so I had the normal apprehension of a first online purchase from an unknown retailer. However, I received everything I ordered, well packaged and prompt on the postage. And the prices were very competitive with the market. I look forward to purchasing from you again.

I damaged my own product by opening the (very good) packaging with a knife, I let Pixel Cribs know and they sent me a replacement, at no fault of their own. Exceptional product with perfect customer service. 10/10.

Ordered item weeks ago and immediately got a tracking number with Aramex. Thought great should arrive before Christmas. That tracking number still does not come up with anything. Last response I got from them was it was due to delays from the supplier. Excuse me what? Your site says you have 20 units in stock. You are the supplier to me. They have not responded to any recent emails. I think I'm going to have to do a charge back with my credit card as I am doubtful I will ever see the product.
