The umbrella is of very high quality unlike the flimsy cheap umbrellas I have purchased from other suppliers in the past. Delivery was very prompt and the two delivery guys managed to get the heavy granite base upstairs for us. Great product and great service.

One month delivery on a product that was listed as being in stock. Useless. Delivery partner texted on the 13th of Jan that the product was ready for delivery, but the only date available for them to deliver is the 24th. Absolutely useless. If I knew the delivery process was so inefficient I'd have bought elsewhere. Cannot be clearer. This place is useless.

Misleading information provided by whole team in store and costumer care team MichaelAfter Many communications and trying to resolve it peacefully through Koala costumer service team which i got Michael as my case manager who was trying to mislead me even their own staff made misleading and miscommunication mistake as they changed the delivery date and they are not gonna accept the responsibility to refund my money in full. Michael from costumer service team try to mislead me all the way. Item is not delivered yet i want to cancel that particular item as the changed the delivery date also item not fitting in my space.. They are pushing me to pay 30% cancellation fee even their own staff were misleaded me from beginning in their shop in Alexandria NSW. I need my outstanding amount to be refunded to my account ASAP otherwise I am going to take this matter to ACCC. Please to be advised your case was in ACCC already and you have been fined amount of $56,340 to compensate consumers for trying to mislead them for their right. I was going to resolve this matter peacefully but you made me to try this avenue to inform people who are going to deal with your in future.. so disappointed with lack of costumer service from people in your shop in Alexandria all the way to your costumer care team Michael also your chat line representative Ciena. I purchased the most expensive model from this company and was required to wait nearly four weeks for delivery, as they only ship via their own courier due to the item's size. When the unit finally arrived, it was damaged. I contacted the company immediately after unboxing the item, only to find they do not have a phone line for customer service, so I sent a message instead. Unfortunately, I received no response. I escalated the issue through PayPal, and the company is now insisting that I return the bulky item at my own expense to receive a refund. The entire experience has been deeply disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I moved here from the UK and accidentally used my UK card and they preceded to bully me and had me take a photo of my transaction which is something no other company has done. I bought something for about 370 english pounds, and because their difficulty they refused to give me money back. I tried rejecting at the bank, useless barclays rejected it, but they fought back. This company is a fraud, DO NOT TRUST THEM. I thought eventually when they combatted the refund order, I though I might get the goods, but alas no dice. They basically stole 370 pounds of GBP. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Luxi Living. Their process was riddled with inconsistency and poor communication, leaving me frustrated and completely out of trust. Initially, I spoke with a team member over the phone, who assured me that I could place my order with a 50% deposit, even though the item I wanted was on sale and out of stock (lead time expected in February). I explained that I was busy and would call back later that day to finalize the order. They reassured me that if I couldn’t reach them, I could simply process the order online and transfer the partial payment, which seemed reasonable at the time. However, when I tried calling back about seven times, I couldn’t get through to anyone. Following their advice, I processed the order online and planned to pay the 50% deposit via bank transfer. I reached out to their support team on reply to my order confirmation, but that’s when things started to fall apart. My emails were completely ignored. When I finally got a response, the story had changed entirely they were now demanding full payment upfront. Despite following up multiple times and trying to work through this over the next few weeks, I received no clear answers and was ignored. Late last week, I decided to call and speak to someone again, and they reassured me that my order was in place and that the 50% deposit was still fine and to transfer it into their account. Still uneasy about the conflicting messages, I decided to visit the store in person yesterday, hoping to get clarity. In-store, they pushed for full payment upfront, refusing to honour the deposit terms or even the original pricing completely contradicting what I had previously been told. They then went back and honoured the original pricing but demanded the full payment upfront. These inconsistencies were so alarming that I began to question whether the business was in financial trouble or simply poorly managed. In seeking resolution, I spoke with the company’s general manager, but the conversation was entirely unhelpful. He adopted a defensive approach, insisting that what I was told was incorrect and that I should trust him now over the representatives I had previously dealt with (his own staff). Instead of acknowledging the confusion and addressing my concerns, he made it feel that I was at fault, despite trying to follow their own instructions. There was no acknowledgment of their failure. While I understand the importance of processes and policies, there must be accountability when those processes fall short especially when it leaves the customer negatively impacted. While the product itself may look appealing, I wouldn’t trust their warranties, customer service, or ability to follow through on their promises. If this is how they handle orders, I can only imagine the frustration of trying to get support if something went wrong later. This could have been a great experience, but their lack of transparency, professionalism, and basic customer service has completely eroded my trust. If you’re considering Luxi Living, proceed with caution.

Total scam. They do not send product and the emails bounce back. No way to contact them. Stay away. In future if the price looks a bit too good to be true I'll look for a review on company before purchase.

Ordered an umbrella end of November on sale. Website said delivery on the 11th December. Chased up delivery for weeks with no reply to emails or calls. Today I finally got confirmation that it wouldn't be delivered until the 2nd of January. Never buying here again. For the price their service and logistics is third world.
