Right out of the box, I could tell these knives were different. The weight and balance of each piece are perfect, allowing for precision cutting. The utility knife is particularly impressive; it’s versatile enough to handle a variety of tasks with ease. This set has made meal prep more efficient and enjoyable—definitely worth every penny!

I ordered a double sided strop as well as some paste Tuesday before work and paid for the Express Shipping, the order arrived before lunch the following day. Great place to deal with, I highly recommend them.

Due to my poor organisation, I left myself two days to purchase a specific Christmas gift for a family member. House of Knives had the item in stock, and offered express shipping. I purchased the item with express shipping and contacted HoK’s customer service via email to see if they could expedite the pick n pack process. They had already packed the item and consigned it with the courier, and it’s en route to me now. Excellent service from the House of Knives team, especially this time of year. Will certainly use their store again.

Poor customer service +++. Can’t believe this guy at all. Seemed reluctant to help me from the start and unwilling to negotiate a deal to encourage me to not buy online. I appreciate the importance of shopping local but this guy provided nil incentive at all. I’m off to buy the two knives I was chasing online, saving over $40 with free postage. Save yourselves the trip, wasted my time.
