The food is generally good but lacks vegetables. Sometimes a salad is a tomato and a few leaves. A lot of dishes rely on white rice. Brown rice would beat good option

I must have upset someone at the Hove {South Australia} store. There was no getting around the fact that my last order smelled and tasted strongly of urine and that they then stopped sending special offers to my email after sending them daily for months if not years. The pizzas aren't the greatest without 'additions'. Needless to say I won't be ordering again.

Dont buy it !! I never wrote a review on trust pilot, their meals made me to look up trust pilot and save someone else's money. The food is tasteless, the say taryaki sauce, honey mustard sauce, but there's literally no sauce or cooked that way, they all taste the sama, Chicken is boiled and same cut pieces, tasteless, veggies are half cooked. Complete waste of money, i bought 10 packs of pro pack, i tried 5 of them all were horrible, I'm throwing the rest in the bin. I bought from them because their meals had high protein compared to youfoodz. Will never buy again.

This was an appalling experience. I ordered a gift card for my Brother's 60th. The website appeared to go wrong at the point of order and I got charged an admin fee but card was not included. The admin fee has come out of my account. The company will not answer any of my emails and their gift tracker says my order number does not exist. Completely ruined the suprise as I had to check with my brother if he had received the voucher via email. How hard is it to supply and evoucher, take your business elsewhere.

I dunno man, depends on the shop. I have a good one near me that knows me and always takes care of us since we moved. The last place had bad owners though, I dont think they are all owned by same person.

The coffees and sweet goods are probably the highlights for me, but it may depend on the individual. However, not much can be said about the meals offered.
