Sold me a useless 5G modem replaced once because it wouldn’t turn the second one would not connect to the Xbox. They were happy to sell me a new plan with fibre NBN and told me I would not have to pay for the 5g modem. Just received a bill for $422 absolute useless lying pricks essentially Indian scammers

Abysmal - do not use ExetelExetel cut off my phone sim in error. After failing to send a eSIM, despite several phone discussions (and long waits on the phone) they promised to expedite a new one. It still has not arrived. I have been over two weeks without phone use or mobile data. I cannot do internet banking (because of the need for SMS verification), nor eg log into my utility accounts for the same reason. They just do not care.

Issues I have had AGL forcing a meter upgrade twice: The first was declined with no issue. The second attempt of AGL I was informed the day before of the meter upgrade. Upon calling they informed me they had no record of the refusal. I then informed AGL this was a breach of the telecommunications act and if anyone stepped foot on my property the police would be called for trespassing (the only way they canceled the booking). NBN overcharging/plan changes: The price changes at random you will be overcharged and/or doublebilled for dates. You are only credited on your next bill after a call to let them know. They will do this without you knowing so check your bills!!! NBN outages: The fist call center tells you after 45min of testing and failure it is your routers fault. (I think this offshore call center is paid by calls that are not escalated) Got through to the onshore team and in another 30min it was fixed after they contacted their supplier. Horrible experience to get the fix. Electricity and gas: Check your meter readings!!! AGL energy supply: Power outages aren't reported correctly in my area. The only way you know its not just you, after looking it up, is to walk outside and talk to your neighbour.

I made the mistake of subscribing to Dodo's so-called "best" Fibre to the Home package, expecting high-speed internet as promised. What I got instead is an absolute nightmare. The internet speed is consistently less than 5 Mbps—yes, you read that right. Forget streaming, gaming, or even basic browsing—it's like being stuck in the dial-up era! To make matters worse, their customer support, while polite and friendly, is completely unhelpful. The team is based overseas, and while they are nice to talk to, they clearly lack the tools or authority to resolve any real issues. It feels like a never-ending loop of apologies with no actual solutions. I have wasted countless hours on the phone trying to fix this mess, and the only thing consistent about Dodo is their inability to deliver on their promises. If you're considering Dodo Internet, don’t. It’s the worst ISP I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Dodo might as well be extinct, because their service is prehistoric.

This business is a SCAM I hate to use this word, but this is what they are. Do not go anywhere near them they will constantly lie to you on the phone to get rid of you. They have no ethics at all given the amount of lies they tell you about booking in couriers pick ups. And now refund lies. I caught them out on their lie as I rang up the courier and was told they arrived to pick up the parcel and there was nothing there. I believe theCourier. Now, after suggesting a refund, the guy has sent me through a screenshot of nothing more than changing the status from order to refund. I am also a small business owner and know the backend and how it should work. It’s a two-step process you need to go into the money side of things to issue the refund Not just change the status. I will keep fighting this and updating as we progress. They don’t care about the customer, they don’t care about you and They don’t care about doing the right thing.
