The renewal process is very clear and easy to follow. User friendly especially for me being of an older generation. Everything is laid out in a way that’s very easy to follow. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Ageas made the purchase of car insurance straightforward and simple. The price was competitive too. Disappointed they don't have an app for my mobile phone. That would have been very handy and convenient.

One star is being generous

One star is being generous, I have had nothing but trouble with trying to proceed with my claim with Ageas it is now coming up 3 years and only because after months of calling asking for a manager it's now progressed, that being said it has not progressed how it should, finalising losses has been completely miss calculated and through no fault of my own I've been told I basically just have to accept it!! I'm utterly frustrated and my mental health has had a detrimental effect from all the stress.

As I've said ,I filled my application…

As I've said ,I filled my application online stating that I had a previous slight accident, the first in over 20 years , and u upped my insurance i then get an email from u saying it has gone up another £109 . As I'm in the 30 day cancellation period I will be cancelling tomorrow!!

Your original premium is generated based on the information you have provided to us. If a claim was recorded by you on the quote application but noted as non-fault, and the claims database advises us that your previous insurer have it recorded as a fault claim, then we will quote you the difference and provide you with the options available to you.

Beyond awful

Beyond awful. Send the wrong emails, take days to answer an email, give you wrong information, haven't a clue what they are doing. We will never use them again

Terrible Service culture and really low quality experience

Had to make a claim for vehicle damage due to stolen and recovered vehicle. ABS1 Touch Repair in Waltham Cross - Ageas Repairer a) initially said they could not take the recovered vehicle for a week from day of recovery - then when they did take it 3 days later- had to wait further 11 days for them to get it to the main dealer . Two further days for Main dealer to feed 1 Touch back information and now waiting between 3 and 7 days Ageas to approve the works submitted to them by ABS 1 Touch. I was sent an email to say the vehicle would be ready most likely end of March a full month since ABS 1 Touch Waltham Cross received it but then got a call to say thats just a marker - would be quicker than this but no further updates. Avoid Ageas and ABS 1 Touch Waltham Cross at all costs. Shit Show
