Excellent communication and knowledgeable staff, great range of stock, fast shipping. Only problem I have noted is that they sometimes charge far too much for postage. I recently purchased a few small items that costed them a few dollars to post in a small envelope and they hit me up for around $18 postage. I requested a refund on the postage difference on the order note, but received no reply about it or refund.
I like the fact that I can rely on AIMS selling quality products. I have wound up with some very poor quality purchases online.
I ordered at the end of the year, was called - which is amazing in itself and told politely out of stock and not available until 6th Jan. This was great customer service.
Then a week later the product arrived and earlier than expected.
Good old time service - not found often.

Thanks a lot AIMS. I could not find these drive rollers for my wire feed drive any place in the USA. Found them on the internet and they were at a great price. Even with the cost of shipping the total was less than I would have paid elsewhere. I was kept upto date about my order and shipping tracking. Thanks again I really appreciate it and will be looking at your products in the future.
