A varied range of packages to choose from. If you take medication there is a lot of questions. I know they’re necessary to ensure you get the right coverage. Just take care with the yes or no questions as it’s easy to tick the wrong boxes.

I eventually got there and was pleased with the choice of options, eventually picked one to suit and at the right price.

used alpha on my gap year

used alpha for long term travel (9months) across south east asia and were fantastic! had a 4 day hospital stay which i put them in contact with the hospital in thailand and they sorted everything and i didn’t have to pay anything. my cover specifically had no excess so was able to claim for any and all small doctors trips and was able to claim all money back no problem at all, even added an extra document mid claim and that money was also claimed back extremely easily! very helpful and perfect for my trip

Great, no problem except I missed the deadline to renew and therefore had to go through the whole process as a new customer. It would have been helpful to have had the option just to renew again as before without having to go through the process again.

Once again trouble free on line booking of our travel insurance needs with a trusted supplier and at a great price. First Class Sevice- why go anywhere else

They are a total fiasco and I would not…

They are a total fiasco and I would not recommend this insurance company to my enemy. They are underwritten by Collinson which demanded that I provide all manner of ridiculous information before telling me that I would receive £430 compensation in an email, only to the tell me that I would receive £250. They do everything to pay the least amount and five the impression that they would not pay anything if they can get away with it.
