I bought two brass dinner plate sets worth 10k. The sets don’t look anything like the images shown on the website. The customer support team is not empowered to make any decisions. The team didn’t even bother to call me for 15 days and sent an email that the products can’t be returned. I don’t recommend anyone to buy the products. Very poor customer experience!

This is your way packing Let me know if this is your way of packing but for how many days this powder must have been lying open like this. I don't know how many kids must have died in it. Should we eat it like this and this powder is also killing us with a bad smell. i want my money back I don't want this .

Customer service is pathetic, took order/payment and even on delivery date product is not shipped. No customer service at all just voice recorded message. I called almost 15 times. No response never buy from them.

I recently had a terrible experience with Amala Earth and would not recommend this company to anyone. I placed an order with the assurance that I would receive all items, including a promotional freebie.

However, despite fulfilling all conditions and making arrangements for the delivery, I did not receive key items from my order. Amala Earth claimed the shipment was returned to the seller due to "no response from delivery attempts," which is completely false as I was never contacted or informed about any delivery attempts.

To make matters worse, the company refused to reship the items and instead suggested I place a new order. They also informed me that the freebie offer had expired, which feels like a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic to lure customers in with fake promises.

Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no real solutions to rectify the situation. Adding insult to injury, they tried to market another product to me in their email instead of resolving the original issue.

This experience has left me feeling cheated and disrespected. Amala Earth’s practices are unreliable and unethical, and I urge others to avoid shopping with them. Trust is key in any customer relationship, and this company has failed miserably.

Over priced products

Over priced products. Same product, same brand is sold here for 288 rs and in Zepto I got it delivered for 54rs. Huge price difference. Can’t trust amala earth.

The quilt had lot of lint's and uncut…

The quilt had lot of lint's and uncut threads in it.. I ordered this for my husband who is suffering from long covid and he had a hard time with this..

Had to wash it and then use it. .. pl dont take this as a complaint.

Apart from this, the quilt is very soft and nice.

They are very over priced and no quality check .

They are over priced . Better to get those products from their website directly . They deliver all products seperatly . And there is no option to read reviews or write reviews of the products. Because man products are low quality . Non refund /return

Very bad first experience.They told me that they thought I was not at home at the delivery whereas that was a totally fake reason.My address was also right.They do not pick up their call n also I didn't even receive one call trying to reach my delivered address.It was the worst experience n I recommend no one to go through this experience ever.

I made payment by Amazon pay but my…

I made payment by Amazon pay but my order has not been placed.
I’ve called their number +91 88007 03122 at least 20 times.
No one answers.
If you email them, they tell you to call this number for urgent issues.
What’s the use if no one answers?

Worst app! Worst experience!

If there was an option to give stars in negative I would have given that!!! Worst customer service! Worst product! One of their customer experience assistants Rishabh Goswami promised me that he would make an exception for me so I could get a new product in exchange for a new product but after 2 days he changed his mind. And emailed me that he can't proceed further!!! Wow!!!! Worst experience!!!’ they are thieves! The whole company is bloody thieves!!! Guys do report this app its a scam!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Amala has the worst service. I've messaged them constantly to let them know there's been a mistake in the address - totally ignored, not read - and we've lost nearly all the items we paid for. What a waste of money and time. After I was reassured that the mistake was corrected, I made another order, which was sent to the wrong address, again. I CALLED AND MESSAGED CONSTANTLY - and got one phone call promising to resolve the issue. It was not resolved. No money back, no products, nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Daylight Robbery

Daylight robbery: I ordered 2 quanity of Safflower oil (pack of 2) , so i should have received 4 bottles AE155550 but They sent 2 bottles in the delivery and then argued that I have approached them late ( 5 days late) and also that they have sent 4 quantities and refuse to investigate at their end because I am 5 days late in reporting the issue. The customer service keeps repeating the same message over and over again like a parrot. I have deleted the app and have decided to never order anything from them ever again.
