Now I see the website is unavailable, the bad reviews here and comments on photos on instagram wondering where orders are. I can only assume they are no longer operating but were still taking orders. I have lodged a dispute with my credit card provider.

No longer operating?

No care for customers
I have ordered the same product four times previously and have received a 2nd email saying my item has been shipped. It has always arrived in good time.
However, a recent order of the same product has gone missing. I didn't receive the 2nd email or the parcel and although I have sent 3 emails and filled in a contact form, I've received no reply. Out of pocket big time for a pensioner.

No tracking, item not delivered & no response to correspondence
I have ordered from Aussie Dog Lovers in the past with no problems. I recently placed another order, received a confirmation email but that was it. No tracking information so I emailed for information where my order was at, no response; I emailed again ; no response. I sent messages through their social media channels and again no reply. I contacted PayPal and got a refund. Also the 1800 number is no longer connected. I won’t order again. It has now been a month and none of my correspondence has been replied to. I’m disappointed

Terrible service. Faulty item with no response to return.
I bought a set of Andis clippers in March and by June they stopped working. I have attempted contact 4 times since June to return them as they are obviously faulty and received no response whatsoever! The website states happy to answer questions and help with returns- absolutely NOT the case!

I never say anything on these platforms when I have been a little disappointed but these guys can't even respond to your queries when asking for an update on your placed order. I am still yet to receive my order from the 6th of May! It is now the 10th of July! Have emailed several times and had no response. They have taken my money and have not delivered the goods. I absolutely would NOT recommend them. Go elsewhere for your doggo products!

Disgusted
Made an order 22/5/23. Contacted Aussie Dog lovers via email, website numerous times as hadn't received by order after receiving notification saying had been shipped before response. Was told they would resend via express post & forward tracking details. Have never received either & it's now been over 6 weeks. Have tried to contact via email, website numerous times & placed a case on PayPal and still no response. Not happy, had to outlay money elsewhere. All I want is someone to respond & give me a refund.

Unhappy customer
A negative review here seems to be the only way to get someone to return an email. This is the second order with this company and the second issue. I ordered three weeks ago and got the a shipping notification fairly quickly, however the tracking link isn’t linked to anything and I’m yet to see my order. I’m out of pocket now for over $100 of medication/product which I now need to buy from
Somewhere else due to the time sensitive nature. I have left voicemails, sent emails etc and can not get a response. Don’t know what’s going on, they used to have glowing reviews and now it’s all one star reviews. Has this company gone bust?!

This company is not to be trusted at all.
This company is not to be trusted at all. I ordered bottle of Blackmores Osteocare Joint Health Chews for my Golden Retriever on 9 June and till to date i.e. 26 June have not received my order. I have tried to get in contact with them on their 1800 364 568 number so many times in the last 10 days but no one answers the phone. Have left messages but no one is bothered to return my phone call. I have also written to them via emails but no reply. I have even asked for a refund via email but no one cares to respond.
Please do not order any product from this business as you will lose the money as the product will never be delivered. They seem to be dodgy business. I am very upset and angry that they don't have the courtesy to respond back let alone delivery of product!

Almost a month now
Almost a month now, I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt but I am beyond it now. After 3 weeks of waiting for my blades and finally getting a reply and reship, I didn’t receive all of my blades that I ordered. And one of them was the wrong size. I am now still waiting on 3 blades. Haven’t responded to me for over a week. I am asking for a refund now for the remaining blades as it has now forced me to order from another company. It is stopping me from working as I needed new blades. I certainly will not be ordering from them again, still will be pushing for a refund.
