Very bad work, nobody react just like ghost.
Bought Honor200 pro via mediamarkt.nl on 28.11.2024 order number is : 00742_238302638-A
Try to call them many times +3906xxxx time 10.00-13.00 en 15.00-18.00 since 29.11 work on Monday till Friday, nobody answer, email to asked assistenza......bestdigit.it nobody answer. Bad work both side. Ask mediamakt in NL let me waiting for bad work for nothing, call this bad seller also none react just like all death, nobody alive. Are they ghost, are they in real?!?
Finaly 06 dezember said sent my goods, till now Tuesday 10 dezember package still no move!!!
Do not say black friday, you live in black dark world, cuz nobody answer fone call, just ignore the line, no answer my email, tracking code not work, what is your lying black friday? And till friday 13 dezember package still no move, only made label, not give goods to the post, and how can the canceled my order if its on the way? Bad in bad both of them, mediamarkt.nl and baddigit.it !!!

I got my shipment today and everything seems OK. I am giving 4 start out of 5 only because the shipping date is very long. It literally stuck in Milano for several days for no reason. I'd be looking for other shipping agencies who can do their job better than GLS.

I haven’t received my product even after paying upfront.
I've ordered a laptop from this website. ASUS Vivobook Flip 14 for 655 euro including delivery. In the website it was written that the product will be delivered between 2-4 working days. But, now it's been 11 days and there's no trace of the product. They’ve sent an online tracking link of GLS courier 5 days back but on that link there's no existence of the laptop. I've contacted the GLS office a few times and the response from the GLS office is that your seller hasn’t shipped the product yet.

J'ai commandé à Rakuten/Bestdigit un Samsung A53 le 26/11/2022. Aujourd'hui le 08/12, toujours rien. J'ai contacté Bestdigit, qui reste évasif et inactif. Aucun suivi correct, personne ne sait où est mon colis. Vraiment pas professionnel, très mauvais service. Je vais demander un dédommagement.

On 26/11/2022: you received my order for a Samsung A53 256 Go through Rakuten France (n°681328669).
On 28/11/2022: you confirmed the expedition through DPD with tracking nr: BD11377481589 and also another nr: 08448833312511.
On 01/12/2022: the DPD Italia tracking shows “in transit�, and NOTHING HAPPENS SINCE 10 DAYS ! WHERE IS MY PHONE ?
I have called DPD France and Chronopost France : they don’t have the package.
They say it is your fault.
I need the phone on 11 december.
If not, I will demand you total reimbursement.
