Amazing service. Marilyn Crane was incredible. She looked after everything I needed; she re-activated my insurance policy that shouldn’t have been cancelled; she made sure my insurance was binding over the holidays when not everyone was available; she walked me through insuring my new car; ensured my change of address for both home and auto was done; AND kept me informed every step of the way. When I was on hold, she would email me to let me know what was happening; when I got cut off, she phoned me back immediately. Just incredible. The epitome of stellar customer service. Gold medal or gratitude from me!!!

Horrible customer service long wait times unresponsive reps. I was sold a policy that the rep didn’t complete properly so the price was not accurate. I was never given my policy the pricing or any documentation. Once I questioned the new price being over $100 more a month and spoke with a manager they advised me he did not do his job and gave inaccurate information to myself and the underwriter. Sorry he will get further training. I was then left paying this outrageous price and threatened with a cancellation fee. I cancelled the policy and now there is more money owing! What a train wreck of a company big mistake moving my business here. Glad to be back with an honest provider that has proper customer service.
Got a quote online but they make you call in to get a policy. I spoke to Rob on the phone and he didn't want to use my online quote but he made me go through all the steps to get a new quote, of course it was $600 higher. Plus, he wanted a bunch of documents that I've never had to submit to an insurance company before.
When I asked him about these inconsistencies he just shrugged them off; no real answer.
Criminals have taken over the insurance companies.

Absolutely disgusting, the company charged 40.00 to cancel 2 insurance policies. They charge interest on the monthly payments and have the nerve to charge more.

This company is a nightmare to deal with. The staff is untrained and unknowledgeable. They literally cancelled the insurance on my car unbeknownst to me and I drove around for a whole year without insurance on my car. I have called, emailed, called, emailed. No resolution after weeks of trying. Take your business elsewhere.

Set up my payment plan in a matter of minutes!
My insurance payment was due today, and was having email issues. I called and spoke with Rhonda Knorr, she provided me with direction and we hung up the call. 2 minutes later Rhonda called me back and explained what was going on and cleared up the issue, and got my payments set up within 10 minutes!! Thank you for relieving the stress Miss Rhonda Knorr!!

These guys are the most dysfunctional scammers on the planet. Never sent any information on my home insurance renewal or made any attempt to contact me about renewal except for an email forwarded about cancellation. As a result insurance company canceled my policy despite me having paid (2.5 weeks late).
In what world do people get services canceled after only 2.5 weeks? Do you get your water cut off after 2.5 weeks?
The agent had the nerve to ask me if I would like to look for a new policy through them! This perfectly explains that the entire thing allegedly looks to be scheme run by both the insurance companies and the brokers to create rising costs for insurance holders with no faulty records.
And the Ontario govt looks to he completely complicit in this process.

Wait times are too long and reps are poorly trained. I phoned 20 minutes before they closed, and when a rep finally answered he said that they were closing and he doubted anyone could help. I asked if I could email and he said I could and they might answer in a couple of days. Very poor service and I’m now shopping for a different broker.

Amazing customer service
My family and I have dealt with Brokerlink a few times over the past year. Whether it's for a new policy on our new RV, a reclamation on our husbands' car or a new forgiveness insurance for me, we've always had Amazing customer service, great prices, and easy reclamations... They definitely get you the best deal available for your buck! They will also advocate for you if a reclamation needs to be made. Today's service was exceptional and came from Patrick on Cyrville. Terrible service
Super poor communication, reached out to them over 3 weeks ago multiple times (after talking on phone for 2 hours and multiple emails). Just got a email after OVER 3 weeks from Ajay. Well I’ve already been insured with a proper company for 2 weeks haha. Definitely would not recommend, also got insured for INCREDIBLY less (and amazing service within 2 business days) through the Costco insurance. It’s worth a membership! Plus cheap groceries and goods. Don’t waste your time.

The worst part about broker link is that they don't even have a private place to complain, so that is why I'm complaining here...publicly. I don't know where to start, but I'm so angry and frustrated with them that I just canceled my insurance with them! A company so big that they can't hire proper people to do take proper care of their clients. Management let's the nonsense continue and the employees don't care. I will advise alot of the insurance companies to get rid of them as contractors. The worst. Don't waste your time. 10 hours sitting on the phones trying to find a person to talk to, and then finally you get kids that don't care about their work or the reputation of the company. Oh, I had been with them for 30 years. Last Dec my insurance jump from approximately 1000. To 3,000. Without warning. They are not realistic they are crocks in my book. I strongly recommend you contact another insurance company. I safe over 1600.00. They actually argued with me that they didn’t have the square footage of my house or baby-barn.

I called the Dartmouth office yesterday at 4:15pm and got the receptionist right away who transferred to a customer service agent. I finally hung up at 4:52. They evidentially close at 4:30. How special. I am on the phone as we speak today. I called and was on hold for 16 minutes when the receptionist finally answered to connect me with a customer service agent. I am now on hold for 27 minutes and counting. I might suggest you remove "Customer Service" from you title, customer service agent. As a CEO of a company, I would never tolerate this. In fact it is a bit ridiculous. Time is money as well, and I have probably lost the equivalent of the cost of my policy while I have been on hold. This can't be only me, but I will reconsider where I am at with this group.

I was nervous to try this company with the bad reviews, but I had a great experience speaking with Tamara Morisette! First time getting home insurance and she was the only broker who really tried for us, we had spoken with multiple brokerages, all giving different information and conditions, Tamara was patient and answered my million silly questions with ease and assurance. Was such a relief to finally have someone who knew what she was doing, and took the time to go the extra mile for us! Thanks Tamara!

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I contacted them with some basic questions about the coverage they offer, even including the relevant quote from my contract, and they simply refused to answer any questions without jumping through a bunch of hoops and filling out a full application. Rude and unhelpful. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can't imagine how they treat people who have already given them money. Stay away.
