This business is a SCAM

This business is a SCAM I hate to use this word, but this is what they are. Do not go anywhere near them they will constantly lie to you on the phone to get rid of you. They have no ethics at all given the amount of lies they tell you about booking in couriers pick ups. And now refund lies. I caught them out on their lie as I rang up the courier and was told they arrived to pick up the parcel and there was nothing there. I believe theCourier. Now, after suggesting a refund, the guy has sent me through a screenshot of nothing more than changing the status from order to refund. I am also a small business owner and know the backend and how it should work. It’s a two-step process you need to go into the money side of things to issue the refund Not just change the status. I will keep fighting this and updating as we progress. They don’t care about the customer, they don’t care about you and They don’t care about doing the right thing.

Wont refund me

Wont refund me. It has been 4 weeks since I've asked for a refund. They will lie and do everything else other than just refund me. I have since reported them and will be taking them to small claims court.

Excellent Product & Service

Very pleased to be able to write a 5 Star review on CablePro. My order has just arrived exactly as described. I understand Cablepro had a rocky patch a while ago due to Staff issues. I'm sure they are now over this and back to their usual excellent service. Definitely will be using them again.

Untrustworthy and unreliable.

I placed an order on 20/9/24. Over 6 weeks later of being told numerous excuses including; it would be shipped, it has been shipped, we have issues with the supplier and need to get a new supplier, it would be delivered by the end of the week, we are sorry it was delivered to the incorrect address, the shipping company is to blame, we will call you back etc etc I had enough. I contacted the shipping company and they confirmed that CablePro does not have any items ready to be picked up and shipped. I lodged a disputed transaction with my bank on 5/11/24 and had it approved the same day. On 6/11 I purchased the same items from another store and they were delivered the afternoon of 8/11. As of 9/11, the tracking number still shows CablePro is preparing the order! What a joke! CablePro are completely Untrustworthy and unreliable.

I ordered a 10mm cable from them on 10/09/2024. They promised to ship it within 3 days, but after two weeks of waiting, nothing arrived. I called them repeatedly (over 20 times a day from different numbers). When they finally answered, they gave excuses, saying the cable wasn’t cut yet but promised to ship the next day—still nothing for another week. When I followed up again, they said there was an "order mix-up" and once again promised delivery, which never happened.

This pattern of excuses continued for 6 weeks, despite daily calls from me. I demanded a refund, and they promised to process it the same day, but of course, that didn’t happen either. After threatening to report them to my bank and consumer authorities, they dragged it out for another week before finally refunding me.

In total, I made 79 calls, and my electrician charged me extra due to the delay. If you buy from them, they’ll drag you through hell! Avoid Cablepro.net.au at all costs.

CABLE PRO IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!!

CABLE PRO IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!!! Despite the reasons stated below that they might be having a few problems. There is absolutely no reason why anyone should have to go through the lies, deceit and lack of promises. Especially after parting with thousands of dollars (Paid in full 6th August 2024) and after being promised I will have my good within a week or so! Its now been 3 months and numerous call, texts, emails, they just kept on lying and coming up with excuse after another excuse, lie after lie. This company is a poor example of business and should be exposed for anyone thinking of purchasing from them. If I could give negative stars, I probably would.

Avoid

Placed order they took my money and never supplied goods or responded to my multiple inquires. When I finally spoke with them they blamed staff shortages. Avoid.

100% FRAUDSTERS

100% FRAUDSTERS. Do not spend a single cent with this company. They simply take your money and never deliver the goods. If you have ever heard the saying "If it looks to good to be true, .....". Well the CablePro logo should be next to that.

I have placed two orders and neither have shipped. I have contracted them several times via chat and phone, each time they promise the goods will ship that day of the next day. After weeks they still have not been sent let alone arrived.

I just wish I had done my research on supplier reputation rather then price before placing an order.

Update Oct 10; After several more attempts to get a truthful answer out of Cable Pro on when my orders would ship I gave up. I reported these two transactions to my bank as Fraud. In less than 5 minutes they have investigate and refunded my money. It is clear Cable Pro is a known fraudster so save yourself allot of stress and don't purchase anything from them...

SCAM!

Placed order on June. No updates for 3 months. Requested Refund on 3/9/24. I still haven't recevie the refund 4 weeks after. More than 40 emails between me and them. They even can't provide me Refund receipt. They blame on " Stripe" POS system. I'm contacting ACCC and Fair trading now.
Advise all who have the same experience. To lodge dispute with bank. Provide all support ducuments. Merchant will need to pay the dispute fee!

DO NOT BUY FROM CABLEPRO.NET.AU SCAMMERS

This company is a bunch of scammers. placed an online order and it was never shipped. Was given a different excuse each of the 7 times I called and emailed. Asked for a refund and was told it would be processed straight away. 6 weeks later still no refund. No information and this is all one big SCAM.

Now 2 months of lies and excuses, but still not delivered..

READ BELOW FOR SECOND UPDATE:
Updated review: I had a bit of trouble with my first order from these guys and a big delay in the order being shipped, but they have contacted me and explained the situation and they promise they will have it shipped on Monday. So they seem genuine and want to correct the mistake.
That's good.
Business can be tough when things outside your control throw a spanner in the works.
So in good faith, I'm updating my review.

UPDATE TO UPDATED REVIEW:
Well, it's been another month, still haven't got my items I ordered. Also called Sendle (who they booked shipping with) who confirmed what I suspected. The multiple times cable pro said that sendle didn't come to pick it up were a lie.
I even personally arranged for sendle to go there to pick it up. QUOTE FROM SENDLE: "We went there twice last week to pick up other items - don't know why they didn't give us your item"
ANOTHER UPDATE TO REVIEW -
11/10/24
And after leaving the previous update they organised yet another tracking number with sendle. Can you guess what happened? Sendle went to pick up the goods and was told that the order is not ready to pick up. Of course it wasn't. So I've called Cable Pro
3 times on Monday and 2 times Wednesday this week, and been given the "sorry, I'll look into this and call you back (today/just give me 20 min/I'll check downstairs and call you back/I'll call you back in 5min /I'll check with sendle and call you back)"
.... And it's now Friday... Not been called back at all... 69days and counting since placing original order....

BEWARE READ ALL REVIEWS

BEWARE READ ALL REVIEWS. Over charged on my first order. No email or remitance given only a credit card charge. $255 freight and I’m not that rural but needed it asap and was told I’ll receive it Thursday I purchased Tuesday early morning. Countless phone calls promised the world and delivered nothing. Been told several times I’d get a full refund and a call back but received nothing. I put in a credit card dispute with my bank while hearing the same excuses. I’m guessing all good reviews are all fake and this is just a scam. There are way to many reviews with the exact same service which I have received which is just a phone call full of wind.

Do not buy from this company!
Is it a scam, they never ship the product. Ordered from them over a month ago now, I have sent multiple emails and they have still not shipped. Going to have to recover the money via the bank now.
