I'm an international student in Canada. It was a great experience with CanadianSIM Card, they are helpful and honestly, they give me all services and answer about all my questions and they help me to get a new phone with a SIM Card.
Customer support is very helpful and everything is perfect.
The service contract process was smoothly and satisfactory, but I found out that they activated two accounts on my behalf and I was not aware of it until I logged into the app to pay my bill. I had a really bad time trying to solve this issue by myself directly with Fido cause Canadian Sim support was unreachable. Beware of this and check your accounts with Fido as soon as you get the confirmation email.
