I don’t normally leave reviews but we have tried almost every type of collar/harness to help with our dogs pulling on walks - this is the only thing that worked for us & the most comfortable for our dog. We can now all enjoy our walks thanks to the Canny Collar.

Well, it’s great at stopping my dog pull for a few minutes at a time and he is getting used to it but it’s so easy for him to slip off. A little flick of the nose and we have to stop and put it back on which involves much wriggling and resistance. It’s getting a little tiresome. Other than that, shipping was super fast and it is as described, works up to a point. Just slips off too easily

Thank you for your review. The most common reason for the nose strap to fall of is when the collar is a size too big for the dog. I will email you a sizing link and we are more than happy to exchange for a smaller size should you need to.

Great for almost 1 walk. Our dog worked out very quickly that she can easily remove the nose loop and then the collar is no help. Ive tried many times but cant get the nose loop to stay on. Extremely well made, quick shipping, but useless to me.

Hi Tony, thank you for your review. It sounds to me like you have a collar that is too large for your dog. The collar should be fitted quite firmly which would not enable your dog to get out of it. I will email you privately as we are more than happy to exchange sizes.

We already have a large canny collar for our dog but she’s gotten fatter so we need a bigger one. These collars are amazing because my dog use to just about rip my shoulder out with pulling but these work a treat. Highly recommend for anyone who has a large dog and has trouble with them pulling.

Terrific website. Very helpful & informative. Easy explanation of correct use of the harness. Was at my wits end with my jack Russell pulling me like a sledge. The halter had directed pressure from the shoulder to the Head/Nose without causing him pain and easing our walks. He was getting quite strong and dangerous. Prompt postage & handling. Well constructed. Great instructions. Ease of use good sizing. Reasonable price. Just purchased a second one for my other dog although she's not as heavy on the leash. She does at times pull away to sniff etc. Think it's a great educational tool

Well to start off with the piece that goes over the snout. It doesn't stay on and the plastic bit underneath is useless. Really not well designed. I thought the snout bit would be patted aswell so it wouldn't dig in or rub under the eyes.

Thank you for your review. I'm concerned that you may have a collar that is too big for your dog as it is imperative that the collar be a snug fit in order to be effective. I will email you a video link for sizing and if you need to exchange we are more than happy to accommodate that.
With regards to the nose band not being padded, the design of that part of the collar is unique and ensures that it will not ride up into the eyes and as a result we have found that it does not need padding.

Fast delivery, very high quality collars, and beautiful colours that look amazing. But most importantly they work like a dream! Owning two highly reactive shepherds I have had several hand injuries over the years including a broken finger. But I finally feel confident taking them out on a lead as I have full control with little to no strength required to hold them.

Well made product that my pup loves to wear (I think it's the colour 😂). The collar enables a significant level of control with intuitive design. An adjustable loop with buckle around the dog's nose would be superior for the design, however it works.

I feel that the sizing may be a little generous still even though I went through your guidelines on how to measure.
The nose piece still slips off him when sitting which I wasn't expecting.
However it has stopped a fair bit of the pulling and I think over a few more walks this will work well

The guidelines can sometimes be tricky however we do recommend that the measurement taken is high up on the dogs head, under the ears and that it is a snug measure as the collar is less effective if it is not fitted properly.
