I had reason to search for a replacement part for my Epson printer. Kurt Muller, Master Franchisee undertook to find me a solution no matter what it took. He spent significant time searching avenues and through great persistence actually located a local agent I had missed. He even spoke with them on my behalf and the result was a great repair. I cannot thank Cartridge World enough for their dedication to their clients. You can't do better than shop here - simply the best!

Great service, they called me to let me know the Bankstown office was unavailable and that if I wanted to pick up it would have to be from Parramatta, so I elected for delivery. Delivery happened within 2 days.

The Windsor store in NSW is fantastic. I placed my order online. The toner I ordered was not in stock, but on processing my order the store owner emailed me and gave me an ETA of 2 days. And true to his word the stock arrived, he then telephoned me to say it was ready to be collected. Plus they were cheaper than Officeworks.

The ease of the online ordering is fantastic. The speed at which the orders are dispatched is incredible.
Very impressed that I can order from Head office and have the item delivered to site. It saves double handling of the product.

So, there was a problem. I'm really not sure whether the problem lay with me or with Cartridge World, but either way, a couple of the blokes at Cartridge World went way out of their way to fix it. That kind of determination to make sure a customer is happy is worth a lot.

They didn't have the original printer that I bought on-line, EOFY rush and all. I received a call next morning informing me and offering an alternative, at a higher but still attractive price.
Collected it from their store two days later. Great communication and service. Thank you

The gear got here pretty quickly but the communication left a little bit to be desired. Maybe an order confirmation system with shipping information or a number that you can call to track orders that doesn't direct straight to the nearest store would make life a bit easier.

Quality gear though and it got here in 2 days so not mad about it.

Bought my favorite Pilot marker refills from Cartridge World! I usually buy from Amazon but found out that shipping cost was the same as the product?! Good thing I found here the exact refill brand but cost less. Shipping was quite fast as well. Great job! �

Overall, I was satisfied with my recent purchase of printer cartridges online, click & collect at my local newsagents. However, on the confirmation of purchase email it states orders will generally be ready for pick up within 24 & 48 hours. I ordered on 18/7/24 and did not receive a email until 24/7/24 (6 days later) that my order was ready for pick up. I wanted to mention this as there is obviously room for improvement.

I honestly thought I wouldnt be able to find the cartridge for our copier, so i was very surprised to find Cartridge World had it. The price was much less than i was expecting. Delivery was very fast and the cartridge is excellent quality and not a generic brand. Will continue to buy from them and highly recommend.

Cartridge was faulty, i called Matt at Blacktown store, without any questions or hesitation he apologised and asked me to return it for replacement. Next vday cartridge was replaced, new one works perfectly.

My order took a little longer than expected but not a game changer. Friendly staff when picking up the cartridges and recieved info aiding further orders when needed.

Placed online order, picked up from store once ready, unpacked at home only to find wrong item was given, had to return to store to return wrong item, then had to wait for correct item to be reordered, so had to revisit store (3rd time) to eventually get correct item. Frustrated with the whole process.
