I’ve been with the Cellphone Man for around 7 years & recently decided to upgraded my plan. Their process was the same as it was last time, read the instructions and you won’t have an issue. I did my part & they did theirs, simple as that! I remember being sceptical of this service, it wasn’t until I had someone I knew tell me it’s legit & showed me their bill. After that, I’ve been paying half price of what most people are paying with the same provider!
Just a quick note to say that I’ve once again used the CPM to upgrade a plan..this time it was my husbands! I moved from Ontario to BC a few years ago, and my family, friends, and I have probably used The CPM about a dozen times…from DIY instructions way back when, to having it done for us! Each time, the transition has always gone smoothly, but this time around, I ran into a bit of a glitch when I was trying to port over my husbands number. I was freaking out, thinking that I had lost his number! I reached out to the CPM and he answered me back quickly, even though there was a 3 hour time difference. He was extremely helpful, was calm, and helped me complete the process. Can’t even begin to express how happy we are with this level of service, now, and over the years!

I got an amazing Black Friday deal on an internet and TV bundle, and the process was quick and efficient. I received calls to set up the service the very next day, and the installation was fast and seamless.
The only hiccup came when Bell added an unexpected charge, but this was completely outside of Cell Phone Man's control. Despite this, they went above and beyond to investigate the issue with Bell and even followed up later to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Cell Phone Man is truly a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to save money, especially in today’s economy. They definitely deserve 5 stars!
Cellphone Man are absolute pros. The deals they have access to are nothing that the carriers would ever offer you personally. I activated 3 lines and received way more capacity (over double) as well as the ability to roam internationally with no additional fees and a cell plan that was 50% less than what I was paying previously! Tony/team were patient, responsive, and got me and my family setup with the 3 lines without issues. I would HIGHLY Cellphone Man to everyone. 5 stars across the board!!!

I've now got my cell phone service and internet service through cell phone man, honestly the smoothest experience both times. You just sign up online and they call you and set everything up. I'm probably saving over $100 a month now thanks to cell phone man!

I first met Cellphoneman when they had those american plans (american number) for Canada and USA coverage. Been getting plans from them since then. Me and my wife couldnt be happier. I've been eyeing Cellphone Man's service for years, but I was always a little hesitant. I worried about hidden fees and unexpected charges. But I finally took the plunge, and I'm so glad I did! The service is exactly as advertised – no surprises. The $75 setup fee was totally worth it for the blazing-fast home internet I'm getting for less than half the price advertised.

Don’t trust this , most of those reviews are fake , he will promise that you will get installation fee refund in 3 rd or payment but it’s not true and actually he will fraud the provider on saying you are part of big companies to get the discounts and if you make calculations by yourself, you will notice with his high fee you are paying the same as that provider offer in general

Huge kudos to everyone at Cellphoneman! I couldn't have asked for a more guided and thoughful journey in saving money on my monthly cell phone bill. Been following Cellphoneman for years but never made the jump until today. One of life's greatest regrets in hindsight. Getting the Scarlet Plan offered by Cellphoneman is a huge value and will save me way more money than just the price difference from my old plan.
If you are on the fence or having reservations about what is outlined in their FAQ or How-To pages, DO NOT HESITATE! My new plan was ordered, activated, and old number ported within 24hrs. I am not a tech-illiterate person, but being new to the process, I asked many questions. The team was responsive even after hours. As guilty as I felt in messaging them that late, I still got an answer within a few minutes.
