Picked up a bar stool at Guia warehouse and once home the chair base was damaged. Brought it back to the warehouse with original box but could not disassembled the base part since it is assembled by pressure. The warehouse didn't want to take it back unless it is fully disassembled. They sold me a damaged bar stool chair (not much quality control from warehouse staff) and refused to refund a sold damaged chair!!! I had to speak louder and ask for the manager to solve the issue. Best advise is to check the item carefully before taking it home....

Purchased a very expensive kitchen BEWARE
Purchased a very expensive kitchen from them. Buyer beware! It is now months later, and we are still waiting for them to install the countertop. They dont answer emails. When you go to the store they lie and tell you soneone will call or come, and a week goes by and nothing. Go back they say the same thing. They are dishonest, and they do not care. it is not worth the aggravation.

A very worst experience in conforma setubal. Staff is worst .Some very young staff have a big attitude.We from India, these staff very well know English, but as we are Indians they didn't help us .As we are learning Portuguese language they give us good service
Being in service industry these staff should be very polite. I will recommend people to think ten times before you go to such store . We are paying our hard earn euros. So we expect politeness.Please improve some standards.

I ordered an expensive couch
I ordered an expensive couch for Conforama, at the time I informed them I would live out of country and would arrange someone to be there at delivery, as it was for a holiday house. They delivered the couch and unboxed but left it securely wrapped in bubble wrap.
1. Left no instructions to assemble Only now offer a paid services to assemble? not a copy of an instructions? Coincidence?
2. Rip in fabric. The couch was clealry damaged in packing as the rip was there when i unpacke dthe bubble wrap.
The support person simply informed me it was signed for [ by a painter!!] and therefore they have no responsibility, go away or pay for a new one to put it politely. Terrible services, worse response and I would recommend you think carefully about using them. I would also say this would probably not happen if I was Portugese.

Their customer support is terribly disappointing. They provide one information in store regarding delivery but website shows something else! And cusromer support instead of addressing my specific concerns, sent a generic template response about delivey. This lack of attention is frustrating.

They asked me to pay 220 EUR extra for delivery!!
I have bought sofa online with delivery, as I leave 100 m from nearest car park I wanted to make sure the sofia will be delivered to my doors as it is written on conforama website. I spoke several times with Conforama support line and was assured that eventhough it's their business partner Budwig selling sofa it will be delivered to the doors. It has been aready a week ago that delivery company said they cannot deliver to my house and I have 1 week long chat and email conversations with Conforama and Budwig both putting this on each others or carres or mine fault. last message was for me to organize deliver now by myself with Oscar app or pay addictional 220 EUR for delivery to the door, eventhough I already paid for the delivery to my door. still they reply 1 message per day it is ridiculous and I still have no idea if I will get this sofa or not. I am not going to pay 220 EUR extra as by the EU customer rights they should inform about all delivery costs before purchase which they didn't!!!

Worst company ever
We ordered stove two maschins more and a frigorÃfico and a sofa kitchen table and some more things
We were waiting and waiting and waiting and they said the 10 of November...
We were waiting the date and noone came we drove to Setubal to Conforama there and they said we were the last on their list we were waiting again the workers called but sense I don't understand portugese.. no use we waited I called to know when exactly they were coming no answer 6:30 in the evening they called and couldn't find the way we explained and waited... Someone called from conforama "they can't find the way" ok we take the car and show them I said and than she said maybe it's better if they leave them and you can pick them up the things...
I couldn't believe my ears..
Finally we found them up the road don't they have a gps on their mobiles ? Three guys and noone could have a gps on their phones
We are still waiting for the call from Conforama

platform for order workers
They register us on the platform to work with orders, and they keep demanding that we deposit money to unlock our commissions... they lock up our money and our commission, when I demand a refund they are full of prompt messages saying that we have to complete the orders but to complete We have to deposit more money, and it's not a little money, it's another 900 euros, when they refuse they keep saying that they will only unlock it when the order is finished, I have more than 500 euros stuck there and they don't give it back to me, they don't unlock it and they don't cancel the task

Conforama ignores responsibilities
We still have no response from Conforama re. our kitchen. We paid for the entire kitchen 4 months ago already. It is now my problem that they measured the kitchen incorrectly, they don't reply to my emails. The appliances was delayed by 3 months & now just standing in the kitchen, with no installation date confirmed. So disappointed. Order 1097544

Total lack of interest in 4 month old faulty item
I purchased an identical model Edward chair to replace a 5 year old one bought from Conforama that had given me good service and still looked in reasonable condition.
The new chair seat cushion deformed badly within 4 months of purchase, which made it uncomfortable to sit on and also unsightly to look at.
I contacted Conforama and sent photographs of the problem, they sent someone to photograph the chair and then told me that the fact the seat had deformed to such an extent was not in their opinion a problem and that the density of the filling used in the chair seat was not covered under their 2 year guarantee.
I pointed out that I had an identical model chair 5 years old that was in better condition than the 4 month old chair but they were not interested in looking into the problem.
They might be attentive when they are taking your money but their attitude to customer service when the items that they have sold have problems is indifferent to say the least.
Just ask yourself why do Conforama have so many bad reviews for their after sales service and then spend your money with a company that unlike Conforama has customer satisfaction as a priority.

Shocking Service from Conforama Cascais…
The service from Conforama Cascais kitchen division is shocking to day the least. The manager is useless, does not even reply to emails. I have been waiting for my kitchen to be finalised for six months. The appliances paid for three months ago have still not been delivered. Shocking service.
Conforama should not be allowed to do business if this is how they treat their clients. The manager of the kitchen division in Cascais should be fired.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT IN KITCHEN DEPARTMENT
I have been waiting for Conforama to finish my kitchen since July 2022, 10 months! Their Lisbon Store is useless & I warn anyone thinking of buying from the to consider not doing so. Their customer service is non existent. The kitchen was made by Nobilia & even their representative in portugal isn't at all interest in resolving the matter. The second set of wrong parts have just been delivered today. We will be very lucky if the kitchen is finished for the anniversary of it being first installed.

Brought a sofa and still waiting
Brought a sofa and still waiting. Brought end of January , told a month to wait. Happy to do so. Its impossible to get a contact from them . Eventually be got told , via phoning , it would arrive 15 march. Not arrived . No information to say why it hasn't or when it will. I definitely wouldn't buy anything from them again which involves delivery .

If I could put a negative rating I would. I placed and order with Conforama Alta on Jan. 16, 2023 for a 55" LG Smart TV. They delivered a 50" LG Smart TV on Jan. 23rd, 2023. I have been more than patient for the last month and a half waiting for them to refund the difference in price or give me the correct TV. I have emailed, gone to the store, called to no avail. I called again today March 5, 2023 and spoke to someone named Ana... and she said she would check on and call me back today. For the first time I received an email with a 3rd party link attachment that was written in Portuguese, I could not read it, didn't print it and it's gone. I have no idea what it said, now I will have to go to the store again. This is ridiculous and there is no customer service or ownership of their error. I feel totally taken advantage of. That is not reputable and certainly they have no customer service. I would never purchase from them again and I will be sure to pass my experience on to everyone. Save yourself the headaches and shop elsewhere.

Does not function as a company, employees have no pride working for this business.
The way this company function, it is a joke. You buy/order products from one store and they collect your order from different stores rather than one warehouse company warehouse. So if there is a problem with your order they blame other stores for not able to deliver it on time. I order few things from Conforama and delivery was re-schedule 3 times. Gaia store would blame Matosinhos and Matosinhos would blame Gaia store. So, I would not buy from this company at all in the future. Our wardrobe was damaged during delivery and I was told to send email to customer service and it will be fixed in 30 days.

So their Swimmingpools loounge chairs are only to be used inside (?😅😂🤣🥲😱?
Cheap stuff. Keep away.
