Excellent delivery and customer service. I wasn't able to be in on the day of my delivery and they easily rescheduled with no issues at all. Given an hour time slot so no waiting around. Very impressed with the quality of the product. Will be shopping here again!

We purchased our sofa having seen one (different style) at a friends. The whole buying experience was fantastic. We ordered the sofa and it arrived within about a week. So impressed with the communication regarding the delivery and the guys that delivered were great too!
The sofa itself is great. Looks exactly like it does in the pictures and is really comfortable. Would highly recommend Daals

Proper customer service from start to finish. Daal kept me informed, the cabinet is beautiful and exactly as described. But most of all, the delivery was perfect, lots of messages and a phone call from Scott & Eric who let me know when they were arriving, respected my home and did everything as it should be, hence the feedback

Love my table

Love my table, easy to put together, just the legs to attach! Delivery service was great and in great time. Lovely small table but has a lot of space on it.

Very Very Poor

Well the bad customer service continues.
DAALS telling me they will refund me for two chairs still in depot. As for the two wrongly delivered to another area I have to pay for them. I never asked them to be delivered to another area.
Sent them detailed email and got a reply to say my fault (wasn’t never changed to other area).
I will continue to address this but looks like I have to contact the ombudsman.
Absolutely gutted. Paid out almost £400 and still have nothing to show for it.

Okay product, dreadful delivery service

Truly awful service from this company from start to finish. Delivery within ten days from purchase - fine - but then if you need to reschedule the delivery date they push it back at least another ten days from that date. It took three weeks for my package to be delivered. The product itself is nothing special for the price and the customer service team were totally unhelpful over the phone.

Extremely frustrating experience.

Extremely frustrating experience.

They sent us a broken table, which had chips in the wood and was misaligned. You could only tell this once it’s fully built.

After hours spend back and forth on email, they now want me to take it apart again (another couple of hours wasted) and pack it up to send back to them to inspect.

I asked them to send some to collect it and take it apart, they refused - putting the onus on me despite it being faulty and unsafe.

A huge waste of time and money for their error. Avoid.

Blythe Two Block Sliding Storage Coffee Table

We ordered a Blythe Two Block Sliding Storage Coffee Table from Daals having previously purchased a desk and loving it. We have been extremely disappointed with the quality of this table. The first one was faulty in the mechanism and not level so we had to return it and get a second one. The wrap was peeling and damaged, mechanism not working again, and the base of the table was chipped.

Customer service has proven to be less than helpful as they said it would be quality controlled for the second item, which has proven to not be the case. Won't buy from them again

After having such an awful experience with another furniture company we decided to order from Daals.
Safe to say the furniture arrived within 3 days after our order and Arthur and Nathan brought it all inside of us, super easy your time slot is sent in the morning and they called 10 mins before getting here.

So disappointed by this company

So disappointed by this company. First of the all the delivery drivers were great so this no fault there, the fault lies within the product itself. I ordered a bed however the quality was below mediocre. The lining on the headboard is wonky ,poor stitching, not sturdy and overall just feels flimsy and cheap. The bed was well packed so only saw it once it was fully fitted and sat on it. I have severe back issue and it was crinkling when I lay on it, I felt really unsafe sleeping on it ,therefore contacted dusk costumer care team who unfortunately do not care and consistently send me same repetitive email without addressing the real issue. Bear In mind the bed was received only a week and already there is an issue. They have now refused my return after raising a severe quality issue surrounding a bed, mind you I am within my rights as it hasn’t been 30 days.
Please do not read all the beaming reviews in here and order their products.Reviews here are mostly for delivery drivers and less for the company /quality of the product itself.
I am now £400 down and sleeping on the floor. I will be reporting them to the furniture and home improvement ombudsman. This is the drawback ordering things online,everything looks great on pictures,unfortunately not so much in real life. And when you actually raise a real issue ,you get brushed off,very unfair!
Daals do better ,your products aren’t cheap but the quality of your products are. 451238

Excellent Service and a Perfect Sofa!

Shopping at this store was a great experience! Everything went quickly and smoothly. The sofa is very comfortable, and the color is exactly as shown in the pictures. Delivery was extremely fast, and the product was professionally packaged. I highly recommend this store to everyone!

Customer Service is non existent

Customer Service is non existent. You ask for information that you have generated and obviously have no understanding of customer service when damaged goods have been received. (photos were sent) Having accepted that you have no intention of replacing the one damaged panel I would never buy from Daals again.
