Teeth was broken, and Ibudent Dental Clinic taken me in emergency case late evening, and just after visit all data been immeditaley sent to dansktandforsikring by Doctor.
Reply was already in few minutes - I was really impressed. It very very fast service by Insurance.
Processed my information from the dentist very quickly, within a few hours.
Dentistry itself sent my documents to the insurance company.
I am very satisfied with my decision, they were available to cover expenses from day one, and always were willing reimburse me the valid expenses.
Though it was so far only small expenses ;)

General experience is good
I chose my own dentist, after my visit I payed and I asked to send the receipt with the dental suite. I immediately got an email informing me when the reimbursement will happen and how much it is. It was about 60% of the total cost for an annual cleaning and a filling. If this percentage could be a little higher it would be 5/5 stars in my opinion.

You have an insurance where the reimbursement is given at a set percentage your employer has chosen. Therefore we can't quite change the coverage percentage. Generally you can expect reimbursements always happen in accordance to our maximum reimbursement prices. This also means, if your dentists price exceeds our maximum prices, you pay the difference yourself.
These prices are listed in the back of your insurance terms or you can always find them on our website under "practical information". This is to ensure free choice of dentist throughout the country at your convenience.

We always try our best to make sure all our customers are fully aware of how the dental insurance works, hereby also the underlying terms and conditions for coverage. Furthermore, the insurance terms are always sent directly to you when the insurance policy is issued, and your insurance is granted. We do this, so ensure that critical information is not missed.
Dental treatments are always covered in accordance to our pricelist. Our maximum reimbursement prices are available at any given time and are listed on our website under “practical information� and you can also find them in the back of your insurance terms.
This is done to ensure the service of free choice of dentists throughout the country, also valuing the convenience for our customers.
