I've been using Dogfy Diet for my dogs for 6 months and I really like the product itself. The food quality seems good and my dogs enjoy it. However, I've been experiencing recurring issues with their delivery and order accuracy.

Over the past month, I've had multiple problems:

- Receiving incorrect flavors (pollo and pavo) despite informing them of my dogs' allergies
- Getting the wrong package sizes (100g instead of 200g, and 300g instead of 500g)
- Inconsistent communication and slow problem resolution
-Delivery issues with their courier, GLS, who failed to deliver and were unhelpful

While their customer service team, including Xavi and Maria, has been polite and tries to help, these issues keep happening. They've offered solutions like sending replacement orders and giving me a discount, which I appreciate. However, the constant need to check orders and follow up is frustrating.

The GLS delivery problem was particularly concerning, as the driver was unprofessional and refused to return despite being very close to my house.

I hope Dogfy can improve their order accuracy, delivery processes, and courier service. If these issues are resolved, I would gladly give them a higher rating as the product itself is good for my dogs. For now, the frequent problems are making me consider other options

My dog trainer advised me to try Dogfy, cause my adopted pitbull was slightly underweight (and maybe mall nourished). So I've tried it and I never quit. Both my dogs love it!!! Their poop is better and so much less, in comparison when giving them dry food, and they drink less water when on the Dogfy diet, cause there is so much less salt in there then with dry food. It is just so healthy and you notice that in everything. Always on time and even in summer it arrives frozen. All in all great service, great food!

Horrible experience.
My dog was perfectly healthy before we started this diet full of fats , i honestly wouldn’t recommend even if would be given for free . Make sure you speak with your vet before you give this to your dog . After my dog got out of hospital I start putting questions in a couple of clinics and all doctors said that are many dogs coming with problems after eating this diet , it inflamed a lot the colon of my dog and his pancreas and I INSIST
He didn’t had any of this problem before , when I tried to speak with them about if they changed the receipe or something and I explained what happened they literally laugh in my face saying that if my dog was sick I shouldn’t give him dogfy diet ignoring the fact that I explained and I could and I can prove my dog was perfectly healthy before , he s been hospitalised we be been paying more then 2000 euro for all sorts of treatments to can make him
Go back to normal and now I please advise you : don’t ever buy this food . They are lying , they just make good publicity and send to different influencers the did for free on exchange for reels etc . Please ask to your vet and I assure you, you will hear the same : don’t give this to your dog

Just received my latest order of chicken Dogfy Diet and my dog is complaining about the drastically reduced amount of food in each pouch. He is inconsolable and tells me he is still very hungry after eating his supper. Why have you done this to him, he's not overweight?

I'm very pleased to say that I just had a phone call from Dogfy Diet - apparently the portions have not been reduced, various sizes are available, I was just sent the wrong size by mistake. They are sending me a new order free of his usual size by way of compensation so thank you Dogfy Diet!

The product is good, but customer service is terrible. I tried to cancel because my dog stopped eating the food. You can't completely cancel the subscription, only pause it, and direct dealings with customer service are required for cancellation, which is a hassle. They charged me for a delivery without proper notification and refused to refund me. Even getting the paid-for food delivered was impossible due to their unresponsive service. My advice: avoid this brand and choose another.

Zelda is a very picky dog but loves this food, she cleans her bowl every time. The transition was very easy and she had no issues at all. She has to eat 600gr per day and she did not eat so much before, she didn’t really enjoy food. But now she eats it all and asks for more! I hope this diet will help her grow into a strong adult dog, as she’s still a puppy!

I received a suspicious message that Ellie had tried to deliver my order with a link that took me to a red alert warning that it was a dangerous site. I have not received my starter pack order and received no notification that was to be delivered on a Sunday.

I used Butternut box in the UK and was very happy when I found Dogfy Diet in Spain.

I am able to portion my Frenchie's food over the day so I know he won't put on weight and I know that the food is not highly processed and wholesome for him.

It also has the advantage of making his poo solid which is a big bonus

Urgent warning! I have seen several reviews with the same problem. Some of their foods make your dog really sick. I bought the starter pack and it’s been a horrible experience. I have followed their instructions, but my dog got really sick with vomiting, diarrhea and loss of appetite in general. Right now I’m waiting for the veterinarian to make a home visit, because my dog is so sick. I am an experienced dog owner, and have been an advocate for fresh dog food since 1999. I will go back to doing my own food for my dog, there are too many unserious people who wants to make money in the dog food business. Sadly Dogfy Diet seems to be just another one.
