Print was well wrapped and arrived in very good condition.
I’ve now bought 3 prints from Eilidh and they are beautiful. Always commented on by visitors to my home and I can put the gold heart on a special place that represents my dad, who is no longer with me. I have more purchases planned.

Ordered as a Christmas present, so didnt open package till Christmas day. VERY disappointed to find that the paintwork was damaged (a chip in the bottom right hand corner)

Hi Murdo, the postal service can damage items.. especially during Christmas when millions of parcels are thrown around on conveyor belts. It's unfortunate but sometimes things go wrong.
